Horrible! Ricky installed two Goodman air handlers and heat pumps in August. In November we turned the heat on and it didn't work at all. We called and texted Ricky several times and he will not return our calls or texts. We paid him $12,800 for something that does not work. We have to hire a different company to fix what Ricky has done. We feel completely taken advantage of. Don't ever hire Ricky at Ricky's HVAC. Don't ever put your trust in him.
