I sent out a bunch of emails to different pool companys on Angies List for help with my above ground pool and no one but Rick was wiling to come out and even give me a second look, hes a great guy very friendly and helpful.

They are reliable, nice, and friendly. We have no problems with them.

The work was done well and professionally. I accept the truth of the response to my earlier report and apologize for misremembering the circumstances.

Contacted Rick and met hi at the house. Since this is a 2nd home for us Rick does all the cleaning and chemicals while we are gone.

Rick was a life saver! My husband recently passed away and wanting to keep the pool as nice as he had, I contacted a pool service to provide a weekly service. They were jerks. The pool kept getting greener and greener. I came home one night, expecting to meet one of their supervisors and no one was there - and the supervisor had left for the day. I started going through the listings on the internet and Rick answered his own phone. I was melting down but even though he was at the market, he kept talking to me until I calmed down. He came over that night and reassured me that the pool would be clear in a few days. Can't say I know exactly what he did, but he fixed it. He got it looking as it did when I husband did it and kept it clean and sparkling until I moved. When I moved out of the house I called him at the last minute to come drain the pool - which he did the same day. Rick went above and beyond for a crazy old lady who never paid attention when her husband tried to tell her how to take care of their pool. He was kind, reliable and always showed up when he said he would. I would stay clear of the bigger groups whose customer service was terrible and who didn't know what they were doing!
