Richard responded late to all calls and twice re-scheduled his appointment to measure for the required flooring. When he finally installation location he looked around, never once pulling out his ruler and advise it was about 1800 square feet of flooring and estimated the cost not to exceed $7,200.00 to include taxes. That was about $1,500 more than the closest bid to his. His tardiness and cavilier attitude was enough to say no.

MR. EBERLINE DID NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ON 9-7-05, IN THE P.M. INSTEAD, HE CALLED THE NEXT DAY. CAME TO THE HOUSE TO GIVE ESTIMATE, ETC. SAID HE WOULD CALL MONDAY A.M. TO LET ME KNOW WHEN HE COULD COME AND DO THE REPAIR. THAT IS THE LAST I HEARD FROM HIM, AND THIS IS THE 14TH OF SEPT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. I'M SORRY THIS HAPPENED ON MY FIRST TRY WITH ANGIE'S LIST.

RICHARD EBERLINE PUT IN NICE CARPET AT WHOLESALE PRICES, WAS VERY RESPONSIVE. FROM THE TIME I CALLED, HE WAS DONE IN A WEEK.
