The job was completed perfectly. It was done quickly, efficiently, and with a minimum of fuss. Enrique was really good at finding solutions to unique problems. The quality was excellent. I will use Ramos Pavers for my paving/construction work.

It was a smooth and efficient process. Afer and on site quote, we went to a paver location and looked at the options. Once we had chosen what we wanted, the date was set. The removal took one day and the pavers were complete in two. (Everyone in the neighborhood was happy at how quickly the job was done.) The finished product looks great and we are entirely satisfied.

They did excellent work, fair price, and communicated well. Was a pleasure dealing with Enrique Ramos. Small but efficient, and I highly recommend. I will use again in future.

I spoke with Enrique Ramos on Friday, July 19th regarding pavers. He came prepared to give me a bid and had several different sizes and colors of pavers with him for me to review. We talked about the best color to complement my house and he gave me a bid. We scheduled the job for the the next Wednesday. On Wednesday he started the job as planned with no problems or issues. The job was complete in the early afternoon as promised. When I saw my patio with the newly installed pavers I was very Delighted. Everything was completed just as Enrique had discussed with me and the price was exactly what he promised. Enrique was very professional and I would certainly use his services again and recommend him to others.

I was unhappy with the gravel color as it was not what I selected. From the samples, I selected an all brown, smaller size gravel, but after it was hosed down, it was definitely multicolor with mostly brown and larger.
They had no standard forms for work orders or receipts. They had me write out the work order and they signed it for me to use as a receipt; very unprofessional.
Even though the quality of work was acceptable, I would not use them again.
When I tried to explain my unhappiness with the color of the gravel, I was told it was what I asked for. But it was not like the sample I was shown after it was hosed off.
When you pay this much money, you just expect more.
They also did not seal the pavers and wanted a lot more money to do this; I felt that this should have been included.
