Don’t waste your money. We wanted a deep clean for our house. They charged us $440 and didn’t dust any shelves, clean above the kitchen cabinets or clean off dressers or nightstands, the basics. I ended up having to clean off all of the surfaces, including a dirty paper towel left behind. It‘s an integrity thing. We called and asked if they could come back out to clean the parts they forgot and they said no. Their customer service is no good. You’re better off with literally any other cleaning service.

This is the WORST place to do business. BUYER BEWARE- do not purchase services from here EVER, and do not ever work here, EVER!!! They are shady & overpriced and I can guarantee you can spend your money with an actual reputable company that deserves it (i.e. Molly Maids). Unless you are someone who is willing to work for 40 USD every two weeks (they outsource their work btw), this company will can you before you even know what hit you. Furthermore, these people are extremely terrible people with no remorse and have no care for how they treat people. Especially their director of operations, Josie, who is the worst of the bunch. She lied multiple times to the UI representative when I applied for benefits while I look for more work and I HAVE to work VERY hard to dispute her lies (I can't even access the platform I need to defend myself against this monster of a woman). Please, PLEASE don't work with these people. They are truly some of the worst I have had the displeasure of meeting and I hope this sticks with them for a long time. This company is extremely snaky & has been going down hill for awhile now and can't wait for the day no one wants anything to do with them. ALL potential buyers, PLEASE purchase your services from a company who employs Americans only and not this dumpster fire of a company. You will be incredibly disappointed if you hire this company to clean your home so just don't do it.

Cleaners were scheduled for 2:30pm, received a call in the morning informing me they were running late and if 5:30 would be acceptable for me. I agreed I was then sent a message telling me they were still running late! Arrival time was 6:45pm with one cleaner. The space to be cleaned was approx 900 SF. Two bedrooms, one bath. She started in the bathroom.. After she was in their for a while I felt so bad that I told her she didn't have to clean my master BR. At the same time I was already cleaning the second BR. She mopped my kitchen floor with my swifter, then proceeded to use my vaccum and other supplies while going barefoot in my home. at 8:35pm she yelled from my front door to me that she was finished and loading up her supplies! when she left, I realized this woman done nothing more than swirl some water around in my toilet and mopped my kitchen floor, I was not happy to say the least! Cleaner was Bonnie! Then she had the audacity to take pictures of my kitchen which was cleaned prior to her arrival and send them to her manager! Like she had cleaned it. All I can say is that if your cleaning for a special event I would never hire this company! The company did refund me my money as they should do! However I feel that Bonnie needs to be fired as well. I'm telling this because I don't want anyone else to have the experience I had! No thanks!

The couple that came did a very good job. They were efficient, prompt and thorough. Communication was very easy. I would hire them again. The service is a good one: they listened to what I needed done and did it. I prefer them to another cleaning service that I have used whose employees are instructed to do bits of useless extra things, like folding the toilet paper and kleenex a special way or vacuuming in a special way to mark the rugs with stripes. I like this company for its basic and no-nonsense approach. Good price!

After buying the deal through Angie's List, we decided to get monthly cleaning from Queen of Maids because we liked them so much! They're responsive, it's easy to book through their website, and I think the price is reasonable based on the quality and professionalism of the service.

One worker was very good and he cleaned the first floor of my house. The other one was supposed to clean my second floor. She had NO idea how to clean anything in a house which is hard to imagine why she would choose to do this type of work. She had to use my vacuum because she said she broke hers. She only had paper towels to clean everything so nothing was really scrubbed and cleaned. After they left I noticed my huge master bathroom mirror was no longer hanging parallel to the lights, and one of the bottom mirror holders was broken causing it to tilt down on one side. After I called and spoke to the manager of the company about the issues they did send another cleaning lady out to finish what was not cleaned by the other young lady. The second cleaning lady they sent out told me there was so much that the first cleaning lady had not done that it was going to take her a very long time to finish cleaning everything that was supposed to be cleaned according to their advertisement on their coupon, The second cleaning lady did an excellent job. However I spent my entire day dealing with everything.

According to the realtor, they did a fabulous, very thorough, job. Everything was spotless he said, and the house looked great. He said he would hire them to clean his house. Scheduling the appointment, as well a payment, was seamless. I asked that they call the realtor before coming (we are from out of town) and they did. They were exactly on time also. It was incredibly simple to make the appointment online, although I did talk to a person twice before committing, and they were very professional, responsive, nice. Thank you!!

They aren't perfect (my house isn't as clean as a hospital), but they do a good job. They use their own supplies which I like.

There were two on this team, a young women and a guy. Amazingly the guy was much more experienced in how to clean and he did a great job cleaning the first floor of my home. The women was completely inept at doing even the simplest tasks. She broke her vacuum and had to use mine. She was told not to clean or go into one of the bedrooms and then when I checked she was in there vacuuming it. She did not have any of the common & appropriate cleaning supplies and used only paper towels to wipe down the counter tops, sinks and the bath tubs. The company had a defined list of tasks that would be completed at the price I paid for a 2000 sq ft home and this women completed only 1/5 of those tasks in the 3hrs she was working. The company had to send second cleaning women to finish all the undone tasks and that women was very disgusted with the work that was not completed by first women as well as the poor quality of the "cleaning".

Really enjoyed working with the cleaners that came out. The rates were fair and I thought they did an excellent job.

For the work performed and the price I paid, I do not feel the job was adequate. First off, I keep my house pretty clean and tidy, and thus we felt a deep clean would be the way to go since I am doing a basic clean once a week myself anyways. In the normal clean they say they are to clean light fixtures and ceiling fans, but the tops of all our fans were still full of dust. I asked if they cleaned the base boards and if they were wet wiped (like the were advertised) or dry wiped. I went over them with a damp cloth and pulled up a ton of dust and even when I did that and showed the head maid, she said they were too hard to clean.??? They didn't clean the exterior of the microwave very well, I had to have them go back over it and they still didn't get it clean( the vent and the control buttons were still dirty). In the master shower, they didn't clean the faucet and stopped about 2/3 the way up in the shower and you could clearly see soap residue. They completely missed cleaning my vanity (they put my curing iron and brush away in a cabinet, but didn't move my hair spray bottle or purfume to clean behind it) and didn't clean my mirror ( - there was still make up on it... I went back through and cleaned it after they left. Picture attached is my rag from the vanity dust and floor boards). They are supposed to sweep and mop the floors, while I saw her mop, I did not see her sweep and there were still noticeable crumbs on the floor. There is a couch in our family room that has a clearance of about 4 inches off the tile floor, easy to get a broom and mop under and they didn't clean under there either. They never opened our plantation blinds in the dining room to clean the window sill and had I not asked about the living room, I think they would have left without mentioning that they were unable to clean that window due to the couch being in the way. After talking to the office person, They did remove the cost of the baseboards and the one window in the living room they couldn't get to because of the couch and asked if I wanted another crew to come out and fix the issues. I declined for a few reasons: #1: With an A rating and awards, shouldn't the first crew have just done it right the first time? #2: With the holidays coming up, there was no time to get another crew out. It's upsetting that I noticed most of this stuff after they had left.

The two maids arrived within the time frame they provide. When told what needs to be cleaned they started to grumble and complain, we had just put in saltillo tile and there was quite a bit of dust everywhere. They were there for three hours, but not sure what they did. The blinds still have dirt on them. The baseboards were never touched, we only had them clean the baseboards in the bedrooms, not the whole house. They did do a good job cleaning the inside of the cabinets, but that was about it. The company did call to see how the clean went and when notified how poorly it went, the owner tried to send a new crew out to clean. But I didn't have time to babysit another crew and we had just moved all of our furniture into the house.
