Progressive Painting LLC

3 different crews on 3 different days arrived with little communication from previous crew. They treated my home like a barn, left front door open, strew cigarette butts in my yard, ripped equipment out, were not careful nor professional. The painting they did is patchy is so many places and owner will not respond now that he's been OVERPAID. Salesman guaranteed work with lots of false promises. Totally unprofessional...can't believe they've been in business as long as they claim.

My Dissatisfaction is due to:
Contractor took my 40 ft extension ladder when cleaning up and never returned it.
Over spray on flat roof required me to recoat my roof
Several puncture holes in my foam roof  from ladders used (mine) required patching
Back corner of exterior wall not painted completely
Shrubs along outside of  wall broken back to expose wall for painting
Paint spills on outdoor flagstone around the house not adequately cleaned up
Dripping paint from sprayer left paint on almost new pool deck
Some outdoor landscape lighting painted over
Outdoor wall hanging light fixture bulbs were either broken and left in socket or covered with tape then painted over and left

We contacted the same day as bid. Great service, professional team, outstanding job

The work was shoddy and the workers cut corners wherever they could. No surfaces were prepared and were peeling within 24 hours. With a change in paint color this will cause extensive repair costs in the short term. This was a huge mistake. We should have known better after being solicited at our front door with a rock bottom price. We got exactly what we paid for; rock bottom work.

We had to update this review because after actually calling the contractor about repairing his shoddy work we were simply ignored.
