Prior to hiring Proactive/David he came to our home and explained his services. He checked our pool equipment, we discussed schedules and pricing. We were very pleased with all of this and hired him. He came out during the week of all the monsoon storms and cleaned our pool and it was sparkling again. We are very happy with the services we are receiving at such a reasonable price and we highly recommend Proactive.

David is wonderful and I would highly recommend him to help you with your pool and equipment. I was very unhappy with the pool company I was using before I came across David. Now I know my pool is in good hands and it will get the attention it needs. David replaced my pool filter and spent the time explaining how my system works and how he will maintain it. I will also be using him as my regular maintenance and can't be happier!

David the owner is very friendly and out going. He knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything to you. He takes his time to listen and answer any questions you may have and does not make you feel dumb for asking him to explain something. Very glad I found him and will tell others about his service.

Very prompt and reliable coming out on short notice between the recent holidays. David took the time to explain certain issues with our pool. I feel he is honest and trustworthy - definitely a "breath of fresh air" compared to many shady companies these days. Highest of recommendations !

We are new customers and so far David has done a great job. I was particularly impressed with his customer service and how quickly he responded to my request for an estimate with a detailed explanation of the services he provides. He includes everything (tools, chemicals, etc.) unlike many of the other pool cleaning services, and his fee is very competitive.
