PRISTINE POOLS

Great! Jason went out his way to make sure my pool looked FABULOUS when he was done. He did the draining, cleaned the pool after repairing the tile. He also fixed my hose and tightened the latch on my gate while he was here. My job was a small personal one so most companies were in the middle of a complete remodel and didn't want to deal with my small tedious job. Jason was on it and said he like that type of work. I highly recommend him.

At first it wasn't so bad but not good either. It took them 3 months to get my pool in shape and I had to pay for extra treatments each month. I was never pleased but I kept them on. The final straw was billing. One month (November) they deposited my check but never credited the account. The next month (December) they lost the check. The third month came around I was billed for all three months. We went back and forth leaving voice messages and finally toward the end of January (after spending an extra $20 to cancel the check they lost) I finally got the correct bill. They had highlighted the due date (1/18) even though it took them until 1/20 to mail a correct bill. By that time Cory had stopped returning my phone calls - apparently I had become to much of a problem for him to deal with.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! WE HIRED THIS COMPANY AND HAD TO FIRE THEM IN 4 WEEKS BECAUSE OUR POOL TURNED GREEN (ALGAE) 3 TIMES. HE NEVER RESPONDED TO OUR CALLS AND ABANDONED US THE LAST WEEK--HE SIMPLY DIDN'T SHOW UP.
