Prentice Garage

I just can not say enough good things about my mechanic, Mitch, the owner and mechanic at Prentice Garage. He has been repairing and maintaning my truck for almost 7 years now and is the only mechanic that touches my truck for everything from major repairs to oil changes. He is very honest, does quality work and doesn't try to push unnecessary repairs. However, he has suggested needed but unexpected repairs such as belts which he has discovered during the course of other repairs which I know has saved me time, money and aggravation down the road. My truck is 13 years old so needless to say, I have a need for a qualified and honest mechanic and Mitch is it! The most recent series of repairs that were performed related to the "Check Engine" light. This can be a frustrating repair because there are a vast number of things that can cause that particular idiot light to come on. He took on the task with cheerful smile and positive attitude and when his first repair didn't solve the problem he dropped everything to find the solution when I brought it back in. He always goes above and beyond for his customers. For this particular repair as well as almost all of ther work that he has performed (except for my clutch), I have dropped the truck off in the morning and they will have the problem diagnosed and repaired by the end of the day. They pride them themselves on quality of work and customer service. I highly recommend Mitch (and Eric) of Prentice Garage for any car repair or maintenance need.
