Power Window Repair replaced my front driver's side power window regulator. Initially, I called the company to get a quote for my make, model, and year of car. All cars do not have the same price. Keep in mind this is for a rebuilt regulator with a one year warranty. A couple of weeks later I emailed the company to set up an appointment but they never contacted me back. I then phoned the company and made an appointment for the technician to come to my house. Appointments are scheduled within a four hour block of time. A few days later, I left a message that I wanted to reschedule my appointment but on the day of the original appointment the technician called to say that he would be over in about an hour. I decided to keep my original appointment time. The technician arrived in a company vehicle and was professional. The repair took about thirty minutes.

Power window wouldn't stay up so I took the panel off to take a look. What a mess: cables broken off, plastic parts in pieces. I fix most things on the house and cars myself but this was more than I wanted to bite off. Power Window Repair came to my location the next morning after I called them. In and out in less than half an hour and the window works great. We had a similar problem (not as severe) with another vehicle a few months ago and took it into a shop. They had it most of the day and the bill was over $300.
Paul and Jennifer at Power Window Repair are great: professional, pleasant, punctual and talented. $129 to fix a very troubled window at my location with a one year warranty. Rarely would I rate an and quot;Aand quot; across the board. No hesitations with this group. My experience couldn't have been better.
