I was pleased Porsche of North Scottsdale were willing to perform maintenance on an older model and provide labor discount for PCA membership.  Also gave me a place to work while my car was being serviced.  Great place and helpful, informative staff.

Parts for repair of inner door mechanisms. Very reasonable parts cost, super service while at the business.

Purchased a Cayman with the understanding I would be in line to acquire another model when the model was available to be ordered. When the time came to order the other car, was told and quot;special customersand quot; were moved to the head of the line and that the dealership was getting $35k premiums for that car vs the MSRP that was previously discussed.

The body repair service writers were really terrific. They were able to give me a pretty good estimate based on some photos, saving the expense of towing the car in. With their help I was able to determine the car was not worth restoring. Very professional, and a great computer access to explain what needed to be replaced.

Called Dan S at the dealership, he scheduled me right in, met me at the appointed time. Service was completed in under an hour. No surprises and great customer service in keeping me informed during the entire process and the work was done within the estimate given.

Mechanical --The mechanic drove the car a short distance. When he heard the noise - and it wasn't loud - he said, and quot;I know exactly what it is.and quot; He identified the specific part and explained how it fits into the car. The best part? He told me I could have it repaired now or wait until it got worse. He assured me that it would not become a safety factor, or potentially damage anything else, if I chose to drive it longer before getting it repaired. I got their estimate for cost of repair with no pressure to schedule it. The diagnosis cost nothing, the mechanic had knowledgeable and experienced, the treatment was excellent.
Facility/Employees --When I arrived, I had my own representative. He invited me into his desk area and took my information; then he called the lead mechanic to talk with me and diagnose the issue. It is a Porsche retail sales and service facility that looked new; it was ultra-clean, and spacious. The rep and the lead mechanic were dressed appropriately and professionally. I am thrilled to have a place I believe I can trust, to go to when I need mechanical work (or a new Porsche!)
