Also at all stages of your move you were made aware of the process and time frames for delivery. We also advised you a number of times that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date and that you need to be available to receive your goods during a delivery window. Upon truck arrival unfortunately you were not able to receive due to your personal reasons and as we advised you at the time we placed your goods into a local storage facility until such time as you are back in town."
