I showed Gary missing cap outside for clean out that I wanted to replace.  On the way out he noticed my screen door was not working right.  Guess what?  He even fixed that for me.  How nice of him when  it had nothing to do with what he was there for.  His rates are extremely reasonable and he does not do unnecessary work  This is the third  or fourth time I have used him and it is always a pleasure to do business with him.

I called Gary up to unclog a toilet that had been blocked for several days.  After first attempt with regular auger he determined that blockage was in main drain.  He had to lift off toilet and use bigger auger -still the same price 39.95. I then had him look at existing recirculating pump that wasn't working.  He determined I needed a new one and quoted 249.00 - an extremely reasonable price.  I know I paid at least  twice that much for the original.  He was punctual and very professional.  I think he is about the most honest repairman of any kind I have encountered in Phoenix since we moved here 10 years ago. I certainly will use him for all our future plumbing needs.

It went great.  Gary is professional, on time, clean cut and very knowledgeable. He is able to tell you if you don't need to replace something, just fix it. He went over and above on providing service to a senior citizen without extra expense. He is personable and the nicest plumber I have ever used.
