They arrived very close to the beginning of the time window we were given, and were done in about 2 hours. They had a good eye for what needed to be done, and did a very good job trimming and shaping the trees; and their clean-up was pretty good as well. The only negative in my experience was that they weren't able to do the work on the day originally scheduled, and had to reschedule.

Bruce came out to the house and bid the job. He explained all of his knowledge, expertise, education and affiliations. Quite impressive. I explained to him that all the experience and education does not mean anything, if all you do is send out a bunch of laborers unsupervised. He agreed with me and assured me that does not happen with his company. I over implied that I wanted the tree's laced out, especially the elms. I recently lost a large pine tree and one elm was loop sided and needed corrective pruning. OK so the guys showed up and ate their lunch in the back yard. The large sissou was first and took most of the time. Then they hurried through the elms. I was a tree trimmer in college and know my tree trimming. They did a hurried job on the elms and started packing up after they were half done. There was some english / spanish communmication problems, but I got them to work on the elms. Begrudgingly they gave in and as I pointed out what I wanted taken out the trimmers started swawking in spanish about what kind of an A-HOLE I was. Huge hassle. I eventually gave up with a crappy job on my elms and paid them. I was going to give Bruce a heads up but I am sure he hears it all the time.

The crew arrived as scheduled and performed the trimming promptly and efficiently. All the trees looked great. I noticed some debris left in the yard, but nothing major. It was not until much later that day that I went outside to the public sidewalk, which cannot be seen from the yard because of the usual Arizona concrete wall, About three feet of the sidewalk was covered with parts of tree fonds, bark and dates. It was a mess.

The total price for the job was $350.00. I was given a 10% discount because they do work for the community HOA. Even with the discount, the price was more than I have been charged by anyone in the past.

They were prompt and offered to do some maintenance. They were friendly.

We had Jason come out and trim up all the large trees on our property before the hurricane season, to try to avoid any problems in the future. He did a good job and the trees look quite nice. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE HERE AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING BEAUTIFULLY! I CERTAINLY WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE.

This company was very pleasant to deal with. They promptly returned my call. They gave a free estimate on the same day as my call. We scheduled the work for 2 days later, and they arrived on time. I am truly amazed at how quickly they removed the tree and cleaned up after removal. They are a little pricier then some but are a true pleasure to deal with, which is nice for a change.

COULD PROBABLY GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE WORK FOR LESS, BUT THEY HAVE A CERTIFIED ARBORIST ON STAFF SO THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AFTER SEEING OTHER TREES IN THE AREA 'BUTCHERED', I'D RATHER SPEND MORE TO HAVE MY LANDSCAPING PROFESSIONALLY TRIMMED BASED ON THE HEALTH AND NATURAL GROWTH OF THE TREES. STAFF IS VERY PERSONABLE, TOO.
