From my home to the dealership.Everything went great except for I clearly showed the tow truck driver as well as explain to him that he could just keep it in neutral and somehow he still manage to break the bypass to put my car into neutral reverse neutral or drive one in limp mode. Super nice guy very fast maybe too fast rushing so much can break things.

On a hot 100+ degree Sunday afternoon, we called Phoenix Towing to tow our car out of a large shopping mall parking lot. Shortly after the driver was dispatched, they texted us a link to a GPS web site that tracked the driver’s progress to our location along with an ETA. Our driver, “Dayvon”, was exceptionally friendly, patient, and conscientious. Given the great service, Phoenix Towing’s rates were quite reasonable. Needing your vehicle towed is never fun, but Phoenix Towing made our experience as painless as possible. Highly recommended!

The tow truck driver, Tony, showed up on time (actually a little early) and professionally, courteously, and quickly got the tow set-up. The truck was oversized, with big tires and a lift kit requiring a flatbed tow truck. The parking lot of the restaurant where the truck broke down is very busy, but Tony quickly got the truck out and we were on our way. I will definitely keep his card and use him again.

The driver, Mark, called in advance of his alloted time and showed up right on time. Very professional and quick. Did a great job loading my Mustang right out of the garage and placing it right in the single garage bay of my new house 35 miles away. He took the care nessecary for my valued posession. Best towing experiance.

Based on previous positive customer feedback , I called Dan for an estimate on towing my stalled pickup truck from a commercial site to a designated auto service center about 12.5 miles away. Dan answered promptly, listened to my needs and replied he could have a driver meet me within the hour. Dan had his driver give me a call about 20 minutes out from arrival time where the pickup truck had sat overnight. When I got to the location I met the driver, Dustin. In a day where young men dress in a varied assortment of ways, it was a real pleasure to have a clean cut, nicely groomed young man greet me upon arrival. His demeanor and appearance put me at ease. He quickly and efficiently set about hooking up the truck for towing and when finished took down the address where the truck was to be towed since I was not coming along on the trip. Dustin called me when he arrived at the service center and payment for towing services was made via credit card over the phone. Vehicle problems are always inconvenient but Phoenix Towing made the process so simple. I add my name to the list of satisfied customers.

Before my initial contact with Dan , one of its owners, I had never heard or used this tow service before, until I read the rating review on Angie's list. Because of the high rating Phoenix Towing Service had received; I had no hesitation in calling them. I was met with the courteous voice of Dan and scheduled the time to which I would need the tow. Once the time of the tow was agreed upon, Dan then informed me that his driver would call within minutes of arrival. As promised, his driver Justin called within 15 minutes before his scheduled time of arrival. When he reached my home, Justin greeted me with a handshake, and then safely loaded the vehicle onto his flatbed. I then followed him in a separate vehicle to the destination of the tow. Once the vehicle was unloaded in a safe and secure area, I paid his fee via credit card, and then was handed both a detailed receipt and a small decal of their company logo with contact information to place on the window of my own vehicle for 10% off a future tow. I will definitely do business with this towing service again.

Very Smooth

My car broke down on the freeway today. I didn't know who to call as I rarely have had a car towed before. I searched the internet and then remembered Angie's List. Phoenix Towing Service had a good rating and good reviews, so I called. The gentleman who took my order was very detailed and said he'd have a driver call me shortly. The driver called me back in 4 minutes and said he'd be there in 15 minutes, and he was. Mark showed up and was very friendly and professional. He worked quickly and carefully to put the car on his truck and made sure everything was secure. He dropped the car off at my residence and even helped push my car into the garage. The push into the garage was something I needed help with, but certainly didn't expect. When a car breaks down, it's very inconvenient. Mark made it as easy as possible on me and before I knew it, I was back on schedule. I would highly recommend them for a tow.

My husband was stuck on the side of the freeway and needed the car towed to his dealership. The truck arrived quicker than was estimated, the driver was very courteous and very professional. We would call them again any time we needed help. The driver had a sticker with contact information that he offered for us to attach to the inside of the door, where it is out of sight, but easy to find the next time we need service.

I can't begin to tell you how impressive this young man is and would ask that you recognize his wonderful assistance in whatever manner your company has in recognizing and acknowledging outstanding service provided. Driver was at my home within 10 minutes and was immediately able to rescue my keys from inside my car! A+ service for sure.

We had two Ducati Motorcycles towed from Phoenix, AZ to Scottsdale AZ. One is a Monster and the Other and ST3. The ST3 has two saddle bags and a back rest with trunk. For the ST3 to fit where we wanted those three items needed to come off. Tony was more than happy to do this for us. Overall experience was AWESOME!
