They did a wonderful job of helping us pick type and color of awning for our home. They were professional and kept their word. We would highly recommend this company.

Since we had limited space in the back, Vince recommended the shortest retractable available, which is 5'. He also recommended a slightly darker color than we were originally thinking, for better resistance to the sun's exposure. The finished product is just as we expected - it looks great and is of the highest quality. Built very sturdy and easy to operate. The installers were great. After they finished the installation and had packed everything up, I asked them if they could re-adjust the pitch I had originally chosen, to make it a bit lower in front. They were very gracious in getting their ladders and a couple of tools back out and doing the adjustment as I wished. This company is really great to work with, and combined with their quality products and workmanship, they are an excellent choice and we highly recommend them.

After two months with the awning we are very pleased it and our decision.  The wind sensor's been tested and worked perfectly.  The awning looks great and is very effective in blocking summer light and heat while retaining our view.

This company was great to deal with!  Simon provided a reasonable estimate and kept us up to date on the progress of our umbrella.  The installation was seamless, we are very happy with the custom umbrella.

We decided to install a motorized sun shade and we chose Phoenix Tent and Awning again.  Simon came out and again provided us with a reasonable quote and we're looking forward to the shade.  Love this company - we get compliments constantly!

Custom-made, so it took a while, but finished products looks great.

The representative arrived on time and gave a competitive quote. We went ahead and paid the deposit on the condition our HOA would approve the color. Unfortunately, the company went ahead and made the awning without our final approval. However, Phoenix Tent and Awning Company constructed the correct awning after we finally got things settled with our HOA. They also came back after the installation to fix some of the stitching that didn't look quite perfect.

They came out to give me an estimate, they were on time, educated me about my product options, very professional and friendly. My order was 2 weeks early and installation was smooth and efficient and he educated me about the care of the awnings. I would do business with them in a heart beat. Professional from beginning to end!

Fantastic company. Every experience in dealing with this company from the first phonecall I made was A+. Simon came out to view the property, review the options and give me an estimate. I signed up right away next needed to obtain HOA approval. Simon was great in providing what was needed in order to submit the application to the HOA. Any questions I had were promptly and completely answered. All went smoothly with the installation and the product is beautiful. Simon, Larry and Lance were all very nice, professional, helpful, and punctual!!

After installation, the awning looked very attractive from the yard, however, we were surprised to see how distracting the underside metal frame and bolts, visible from the family room, were. Feeling that our installation was more appropriate for a commercial setting rather than a residential setting, we contacted the company to see what could be done. The rep, Simon, promplty responded to our concerns and replaced the awning and framework at no charge. We are very pleased with the final outcome and are happy to say that our experience with this company has been very positive. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values customer service:)

My canvas gazebo cover after 8 years was getting ragged from the wind and elements. Called a few places and was quoted $800 to $900 to have a new one made. Phoenix Tent and Awning also quoted me around the same price for a new one but would repair mine for $200. Dropped it off at their place on McDowell and they said it would be ready in about 2 weeks, they called after 6 days and said it was ready. Picked it up and they did a beautiful job, re-stitched the whole cover and replaced the white trim, think I saved myself some money on this.

They were great! They were very patient while I discussed my options, choosing the color, installation details, etc.

THEY WERE THE MOST COMPETITIVE COMPANY OUT OF 2 OTHER BIDS . THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE DESIGN AND COLOR OF THE AWNINGS. HE WORKED WELL WITH ME AND WAS VERY PATIENT. HE ACHIEVED THE LOOK I WANTED ALONG WITH EXCELLENT QUALITY WORKMANSHIP.

PHOENIX TENT and AWNING PROVIDED A NICE SELECTION OF AWNING TYPES AND COLORS. THE SALESMAN WAS HELPFUL AND PROVIDED OBJECTIVE INFORMATION REGARDING THE SELECTION OF THE PROPER AWNING MATERIAL. THE AWNING WAS INSTALLED ON TIME AND IT LOOKS AS GOOD AS PROMISED.
