Phoenix Shades, Shutters And Drapery

Phoenix Shades, Shutters and Drapery was recommended to me when I was calling other companies trying to find one that carried the brand of our other blinds. I checked their A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and read glowing reviews on other sites. I called and spoke with Harley Magno, the owner. He made arrangements to send designer Pat Heller to our home with samples. Pat informed us that Fashion Tech, the company that made the blinds we bought in 2006, had been purchased by Hunter Douglas. She was confident that she could order blinds that would match the rest in the house. Pat carefully matched the color of our existing blinds using the samples she brought, measured the windows, and noted our tilt preferences. Because we already had the mounting hardware in place, Pat promised she would deliver the blinds to us and that would save us the installation fee. Harley was on our side of town when the blinds were ready. He brought them early in the evening on a Friday and stayed to help us install the blinds. The head rail needed some adjustment because of a size variation, and Harley had exactly what was needed in his bag of tricks. As expected, the valance on the new blinds didn’t match. The original valance, which wasn’t damaged, was reinstalled. We replaced the new wood pulls with the old ones. Visually, the new blinds perfectly blend in with the others in the house. Phoenix Shades, Shutters and Drapery made the selection and installation of our new kitchen blinds very easy.

They were really professional and helpful. The ladies came to help me design and they helped me pick the right colors.

During the sales (blinds and draperies were done separately, we were given options and good advice.  The installations went as scheduled.  There were a couple of follow ups, and they stood behind their products and services.  From start to finish the process and the people (Teri, Harley and the team) were great.  We will be purchasing more in the future.
