We have been using them for years. Since we've been with them, we didn't have any infestations. We have used them since we were at our other house. They do a good job. If I call them when we have any problems with ants, they come and deal with it. We couldn't be happier with them.

Phx Pest did my pre-purchase termite inspection and did a good job. They handled the big work post purchase. Good job as well. The issue that we had with them came when they started doing the routine monthly service. We had been given the name of a tech who did a friends house every month. We requested him and the company sent him out the first time. Then each month thereafter, despite our specific request for this technician, the company sent a different tech. No two months the same. One tech we didn't like, but the rest of them were fine folks. That's not the complaint. We have a big property and it takes a while to walk a new guy around and show him every place we want treated. That's ok once, but every month, it's a pain.
I don't have anything against any of the techs. I appreciate the good work they did, but after a while it kind of became a contest of will with the company. I started doing business with them because of the recommendation on a specific tech. We even included a second tech in our request. Not once did we see either of those requested guys again. If a big company like Terminex can assign a specific tech to a customer, why couldn't Phx Pest? Kind of like they specifically did the opposite of what we asked. We talked to supervisors, managers, etc. Maybe the scheduler was somebody's mother in law or something. Anyway, got tired this last month and cancelled our service. I hope they get their act together because the techs are nice guys.

The price is very fair. We know John the technician. He is very reliable, sociable, and very effective. They do what they say they are going to do. I would use them in the future.

I use them on a regular basis and it's a monthly service. I've probably been with them for 20 years and I have absolutely no complaints. If I want interior spray, I just have to be home. Otherwise, they don't bother me in that regard. It's a direct pay through the credit card and it's easy. They've done the termite drill and they did a good job. They come out the first Wednesday of every month and it really works well; so there are no surprises on either of our ends. Their prices are super cheap.

I will be speaking with the service manager tomorrow. If I do not get a refund, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the AG's office.

Have used them for years - usually once a quarter. They also spotted a termite problem a couple years ago long before it became a severe problem and they treated accordingly.

These guys have been to my house once. Phone contact with the dispatching staff was polite and courteous. The technician was also polite and courteous. He seemed thorough. Best of all he/the company did not try to "flat rate" me into financial ruin. Ther were no attempts at upsells whatsoever.They did not push a maintenance contract. They asked me if they could call me once a month to schedule service. So far so good.

They show up on time when they say they will. If we ever have any problems in between visits, they'll come out. We will continue to use them for future service. The approximate cost listed is what we pay quarterly.

They are always on time, and they will come back when we need them. They are honest and reliable. I would recommend them to everyone. My favorite thing about them is that they are always friendly, and they do a good job.

I am very happy with the service they provide me, and luckily I haven't had any pest problems and I know it's because of them. They are very responsive, always call if they are going to be late, and their price is fair, because I checked a few out before hiring them.

Prior to closing, they performed termite tx. 6 months later, we found termite activity. Upon calling, they said it was our fault. They were never able to say exactly how it was our fault. They refused to remediate the issue. Upon calling the ROC, Phoenix Pest Control came out the next day while we were gone & left a card that they had done the work. We have since had Terminex test & re-treat the entire house.

THEY HAVE MAINTAINED OUR HOUSE FOR 11 YEARS. RECENTLY A NEW MANAGER HAS TAKEN OVER AND BEEN MORE RESPONSIVE. WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE TECHNICIAN NOT MATCHING OUR CONCRETE WHEN THEY DRILLED. THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO RE-DO THE JOB, BUT THEY DID DO IT. IT IS SOMETHING FOR YOU TO BE AWARE OF IF THEY ARE DRILLING IN A LOCATION THAT WILL SHOW.

THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL AND THOROUGH, AND HAVE DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB WITH PEST CONTROL, ESPECIALLY WITH THE SCORPION PROBLEM WE ONCE HAD. GREAT ON FOLLOW-UP AND ON FLEXIBILITY, ESPECIALLY WITH SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS.

APPROXIMATELY EVERY OTHER MONTH PHOENIX PEST CONTROL TREATS OUR HOME AND WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR 3 YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND REMIND US TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS.
