Repairman was scheduled between 1 and 5 p.m.; I had to call just prior to 5 p.m. to verify that he was still going to show up. He did show up circa 5:30 p.m., reviewed and diagnosed the problem, and said he would not be able to fix the machine until the next day. The next day he again showed up at the latest possible moment, fixed the leaky valves but said the washing machine foot problem could not be replaced. (??) Repairman was pleasant, polite and appeared to be mechanically competent and efficient. Communications regarding time of appointment were inadequate.
