They responded to my request for a quote in a couple of hours, and came out to my house the next morning to do the repair.  The repairman unscrewed the tail light assembly, removing it so he could push out the dent from the inside with his special tools.  He alternates between pushing it out from the inside and tapping on the outside until the dent was gone.  He finished it off by polishing the paint to a high gloss.  If you didn't know there was a dent there you wouldn't know it was ever there.  With the light just right, and knowing exactly where the dent was I can barely see where it was.  But as far as I'm concerned it's as good as new.  The repairman was knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled.  I would recommended them for all types of dent repair.  The repairman told me they can even fix a car with major hail damage, as long as the dents aren't from really big hail stones.  He said if the glass on the windshield didn't break from really large hail, they can probably fix all the dents.

I was offered two choices, replace or repair bumper. I chose to have the dents repaired and the result was excellent.
