PEREZ AUTO REPAIR

DO NOT TRUST *******************THIS PLACE initially went to perez-auto repair shop took my van there on 7/8 of 20/20. I took my van in because it was overheating so I told them that it was like a radiator issue they kept my van eeden stated that they run diagnostic test on 710 20/20 and that what I needed was a whole new engine they stated that my head gaskets were blown I requested to see the diagnostic print out that showed the results they were talking about and they just kept ignoring my requests I have copies of all of our communication through text they convinced me that the only way to get van out was to get a new engine or rebuilt engine I want with the cheapest offer so I agreed to the rebuild engine attached is the payments for the services that they provided that I paid I made my first payment of $1,000 on 727 2020 pay the remainder when they completed the work they kept saying that the engine was not in yet probably received a text on August 13th of 2020 stating that the van was ready I paid off the remainder that was old on online one of 20/20 they stated that I had a two-year warranty Ivan if anything goes wrong with the engine I have the documentation to prove that one week after that I checked the engine oil it was dry so I had to fill motor with what I have been Ativan for about 2 to 3 weeks then out of the blue it overheated which is the original reason I want I took it in to them to begin with and they didn't pay attention to me so I had to get the amount owed back to the shop I requested that they check all the fluids they said that they would but I really doubt that they did. 9/16 of 20/20 they stated that it was a torn hose they replaced it and I took the van back so all of a sudden on 2/3 of 2021 the engine started steaming up so I immediately stopped where I was driving I had I called them they told the truck the van back to their shop and now they're telling me that it was an electrical issue that caused the fans to stop working which cost to overheat of the of the engine so now the engines blown a gasket they said my no this is a rebuilt engine that I bought pay $2,500 for and they're saying that it's not covered under the warranty of the of the engine and they're wanted me to pay again I think that they're being deceptive in reference to why they needed to I'll do that repair to my van to begin with . How am i gonna have same problem that they claim they fixed,and do not want to honour the warranty SHADY SHADY SHADY, BUSINESS
