Met with repair tech at a local restaurant; explained problem and he took my laptop to his shop. He had it for about 3 days, and said he did run a check on my laptop & cleaned up the drive for viruses, etc, but was unable to fix the main problem. I tried to call them again several times on different days with questions & another issue he had agreed to help with, but he never called back.

"I did check with the technician on this call and discussed the issues that were described as we always are looking for 100% satisfaction in our services. Our tech met with this customer by meeting them at a Sprouts since their address was outside of our service area. The laptop was approximately 7 years old and had some issues with stability. Our tech tuned up the device as best as possible and updated all the drivers. When we called to return it the very next day the customer was ill and could not meet us. We asked her to contact us when she felt better and we would meet her to return it. Several days later, she called and we promptly met her at a physical therapist office. The case was also broken and we advised that because of the age/shape of the laptop that we did not recommend further repairs on the unit as it would be best to purchase a new laptop. At that time she did not want to spend the money to transfer to a new unit so we returned her unit. The original problem could not be duplicated when we returned the unit. OK, but unable to fix, said Mother board likely going out; suggested new computer.

"Thank you for providing us with feedback. We always try to do the best thing for our customers. When our technician diagnosed your unit he determined that the motherboard was going bad and because of the age of the unit it would be best to replace the unit rather than repair it. On older models, the cost to repair is sometimes greater than the price of a nicer newer model. Unfortunately, motherboards have to be replaced rather than repaired. Hopefully we can help next time."

Great! I called, David fixed it remotely within 30 minutes. The ethernet driver was missing/corrupt. Found the driver online, found a Bios update for my Dell. Fixed the problem. Charged me $40.

They're really great, I've used them before. When I got a new system they set everything up for me. I also bought a used laptop from them about 2 years ago and it is still running great. They are very good and can also do things remotely and always get back to me in a timely manner and I just have a lot of confidence in them. Very trustworthy

We have an older computer, so the technician did a tune-up, checked for viruses, updated software, etc. He did have to work on it a second time to improve the browser operation. He was professional and very thorough with the work. I definitely felt like I got my money's worth for the time spent cleaning up the computer. The computer operates much better.

Terrific !!! My laptop had accumulated crud on it from a couple of years of travelling work. Bill took it over, cleaned it and tuned up the performance. The laptop is running good as new.
I paid for one hour of my time, but he stuck with it till complete and charged nothing extra. He has a client for life.
Nice guy, spelled it all out on the phone and gave me several tips on how to avoid these problems in the future.
Highly recommend.

Provider contacted me and walked me through steps to allow him to remote into the machine. He took control and worked on the unit for abut an hour. Though there was an internet outage during the session (Murphy's Law), he got it done and the machine works like new.

Bill showed up and backed up 2 drives from my old computer. One drive was very problematic, so he ran a virus scan on both drives. We retrieved the files I wanted and loaded them on my new computer. I also purchased and external drive reader to use on my new computer. Bill also checked my neighbor's hard drive and found the mother board was bad, so it could not be backed up.
Bill answered all of the many questions I asked him during his visit. He was efficient and professional.
