PAWSING TO PAMPER MOBILE GROOMING

Great. Couldn't ask for more.

Nancy, the owner/operator, arrived on schedule, was very friendly with both myself and our dog, and did a great job of explaining the process as this was our first time using her service. Her mobile grooming unit was very clean, modern, and presentable. The service, which took about an hour, was great, and our mangy mutt was delivered back to our doorstep looking like a new dog. The cost seemed reasonable considering the reduced hassle and stress from not having to drive to/from a grooming facility and leave our pet there for hours. Not to mention the task of trying to get the dog hair out of the car for the next few vehicle washes! I would highly recommend Nancy for her service and professionalism. We definitely plan to use her again.

1. The pet was clean, groomed as I had requested, beautifully brushed, nails trimmed and ears clean(the ears had been plugged
with cotton - I had mentioned the dog was prone to ear infection so I was very pleased that she had taken that precaution.
2. All in all I was very happy with the groomers work, her professionalism and her kind attitude with my precious pet.

3. Nancy gave and quot;CUPCAKEand quot; a cookie before she left.
4. Needless to say Nancy has continued to be Cup cakes groomer (every two weeks).

Nancy is always on time or calls if she is running a little behind. She is wonderful and patient with the dogs. They are always completely clean and smell great. She is very loving and kind to dogs with special needs. It is really great to have her come to our house so the dogs are not left at a groomers all day and exposed to lots of strange dogs from a small cage.

She is very good, always on time. Is wonderful especially with our older dog. Is very professional, very clean. She is awesome. Cost is for 2 labs.
