It started off very positive and very warm in the beginning they genuinely give you the idea that they are there to help but over time Paul Davis did not make a move until payment was made meaning a lot of time went by it even got to the point to where once or stay was up at the hotel we were practically homeless because Paul Davis again was waiting on payment from the insurance before starting any work once everything was completed in regards to what they had to do that day so that we can move in I no longer wanted to deal with Paul Davis so because they weren't able to come put the handles on my cabinets they are now saying they did not get paid how ironic and they did not do anything until they got paid but they are actually taking us to court me and my family it has been stressful it is a horrible feeling buyer beware please beware these people are money grabbers and that is all

I called the company regarding a small flood event that caused water to enter my home from the outside. Although the problem was discovered early and dried out, I was concerned about possible mold/mildew behind the drywall. My call to Paul Davis Restoration was around 8:15 am, and a representative was there by 10:00 am! While he did indeed find moisture readings in the drywall, he did not pressure us to use his services. My husband and I were educated about the possible outcomes, and so we decided to watch the area for now. If we ever need water restoration services in the future, though, we'll remember the integrity and honesty that was demonstrated by Paul Davis Restoration folks. We have already recommended them to friends.

They promised to try to complete before Christmas. They accomplished that with flying colors. All of their sub-contractors were prompt and as nice as can be. Todd Mousser was the Project Manager and was the best to deal with that I ever had. No matter when I called, he would respond as soon as he could. He was ALWAYS pleasant and cordial no matter what I was asking for as were all fo the personnel that worked at our home. I called the company on a Friday from out of town as I knew I had problems to deal with upon returning to Arizona and Tood agree to be at our house the following Monday. I would not hesitate to use them again or to highly recommend them. Please have them quote on your project.

A water pipe broke just before Thanksgiving. We had the pipe repaired on November 26. Cary from Paul Davis Restoraton came out on the same day I called there office, November 27. Cary did moisture test and told me what needed to be done. I gave the ok and they brought fans in from their warehouse in Phoenix. They cut out the drywall and set the fans up. Cary said he would be back in the morning to check moisture and make sure everything was ok. Cary came by at the time he said he would and checked the moisture and said he thought it would be dry by Friday November 29, and would come back on Friday morning to check it and remove the fans if everything was dry. Cary came back on Friday, did a moisture check and told me every thing was dry. He removed the fans and sent the bill to my insurance company. The insurance company sent me a check to sign and forward to
Paul Davis Restoration. The check wast lost in the mail and a new check was issued. Paul Davis Restoration was very understanding and waited for me to send them the second check. This took a month after the work was done.

They did a really good job. Very attentive to the drying out process, including the fans and cleanliness of the area. They came everyday to adjust fans and check for dryness. They're process ensured all areas were completely dried out. Cary came out everyday to check the progress of the drying out process. As the rooms got dryer, he took fans from the rooms. He was very helpful and kept me informed of the process. Cary was great.

He concluded that there was not mold unless it was behind the cultured marble surrounding the tub. He gave us a referral to a company that deals with cultured marble and did not charge us for coming out and doing the inspection. He was very professional and showed up slightly early, we were very happy with the service we received. I would definitely use this company again and I would be happy to refer them to anyone.

It was late on a Friday afternoon and I received a telephone call from our Tenant in our Condo Rental. The floor in the Master bedroom, Bathroom and closet was soaked. The carpeting was completely saturated. He could not find the leak anywhere. I contacted the H.O.A. and was told that a pipe had broken in one of the upper units earlier that day and that it had been repaired. (I question WHY the H.O.A. did not notify any of the other Occupants).
I began the search for assistance. Pulled up Angie's List and chose to call Paul Davis Restoration. The Office Dispatcher made contact with Todd in the field and he contacted me immediately and was ONSITE within one hour. Amazing! Friday night! Todd telephoned me and we discussed what needed to be done to attempt to save the carpeting. The carpet had to be pulled up, the padding had to be removed and disposed of. Furniture had to be removed, some of the baseboards had to be pulled due to dampness in the drywall.
The crew pulled the carpet, disposed of padding and hauled it away. They set up fans to begin the drying process of the drying. They confirmed with the Tenant they would return the next day to check the process of the drying. They returned on Saturday and Sunday. By Monday the carpet was determined to BE SAVED, which was GREAT and the process of replacing the padding, stretching the carpet back into place, and carpet cleaning began. There was a small amount of painting that needed to be done in the master closet and the baseboard had to be reattached. This work was scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday.
My Tenant had company arriving on Thursday and was desperate to have the place put back together in time. Everything was completed for the Tenant prior to his company except the painting in the master closet, which was least important. That was taken care of a few days later and everything turned out perfectly.
I can't stress how Professional and easy to work with Todd was. Paul Davis Restoration had great reviews on Angie's List and that is why I called them. I am so thankful that I did. From the first phone call to the last stroke of paint it was a completely painless process and they did what they needed to do quickly and efficiently. They worked closely with our Tenant and handled everything without complication.
I was so thankful to get the process started so quickly so we did not lose the carpeting. Our Insurance Company was involved after the process began and they worked closely with Paul Davis Restoration and I had no problems whatsoever.
I do understand that our Tenant was a bit disheveled for a few days, however he told me that after hearing the damage that had occurred in a couple of the other units he was extremely relieved.
Todd at Paul Davis Restoration was just AWESOME to work with. I recommend them with absolutely NO RESERVATION!

Our only wish is that they could have done the entire job, as our contractor assigned by the insurance company was a bust! Paul Davis work was excellent!

I called for a water damage estimate after getting several very high estimates from other companies over the phone. Paul Davis agreed to come out and give me a free estimate and gave me a price that was half what 2 other companies quoted over the phone. The work was good. My only complaint is they did not tell me the fan could blow out the pilot light on my furnace so I had to call a heating co and pay for a service call on the furnace to relight the pilot light.

IF ONE EXPERIENCES A DISASTER IN YOUR HOME, YOU WANT THE BEST TO HELP YOU RECONSTRUCT IT. THIS GROUP DID THIS AND THANK GOODNESS THEY EXIST. IT IS A BAD EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE TO LOSE YOUR HOME FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS, BUT WHEN IT IS RECONSTRUCTED YOU WANT THE BEST. THIS GROUP IS THE BEST.

WE HIRED THEM AS A RESTORATION CONTRACTOR TO CLEAN UP AND RE-CONSTRUCT AFTER A ATTIC FIRE IN OUR HOME. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY MADE IT CLEAR THEY WORKED FOR US INSTEAD OF THE INSURANCE COMPANY AND WENT UP AGAINST THEM ON OUR BEHALF. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING - INCLUDING HIRING ALL THE SUBCONTRACTORS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
