I would highly rate them. They did a good job and were very professional. They had a fair price.

I would not use this company again.

I was on a contract with them. We were using them for termites in our old house. We had an issue in the garage. They would come out once a year and take care of termites and when we would find some evidence of termite activity by the attic, we had them come out. They were very responsive as they would come out and take care of what we needed them to. We had an issue in that we had to pay for the house and for the garage separately. Basically I had to pay for two services. I had to pay them twice every time. I couldn't just pay for one property. I was basically paying double because it was two different buildings. I was not happy with that. I talked to them a couple of times about it. I just wanted to pay for them to come out and treat the property and it wasn't how they worked. They took care of everything we asked them to take care of. Termite control was not the cheapest service but they were pretty fairly priced and anytime I needed them out, they were available and would come out. They were professional. They weren't the classiest of people but they were always professional. In any other circumstances, I wouldn't have invited any individual into my home. There was one time when they were late than I was willing to wait. They showed up, apologized, explained the situation they were dealing with in another place that took too long but it was very frustrating because I actually had to take time off work to get the job done. The only reason we used them was because when we bought the house, they were the ones who originally treated as there was termite damage in the garage to begin with when we purchased that house. We were on a contract and we just continued to renew the contract as we continued to find termites. The termites were treated and would go away for six months and then would come back. I would shop around first before using them again. I would use them if I don't find anyone better.

Inexpensive termite control contract came with house - only $99 per year. No problem for couple of years but then the beasts (termites) arrived. Inexpensive but no apparent effect on the termites as were not apparently deterred where sprayed and were spreading even after repeated visits. Paid a fortune more for other company - but they stopped the termites.

I was irritated with them, but they did a good job. They were fine and their price was average.

I found them on the list and have used them for a while. They did a wonderful job and have been very efficient for me. I will be using them again in the future because we signed a contract with them for a year. I pay them monthly.

It was a good service. They got rid of them and everything went well. I was please with the service and I would recommend them to other people. They were reasonably prices and the workers were thorough and dedicated to the job. I think they are good.

Our experience with this service has been great. They arrive at the time agreed to take a look at our gopher holes and give us estimates, then return to do the work, which seems to be very effective in getting rid of the gophers. Their prices seem a little high, but then it's a big yard with a lot of gophers in it. And this is the only thing that has gotten rid of them. The poison pellets dissolve into a gas which kills the gophers and then dissipates so you don't have poison sitting around in your yard.
