I have nothing bad to say about them, nothing negative. The cat had infected anal glands so they had to knock him out and clean his anal glands. I don't know if that is considered a surgical procedure. There were no stitches or anything but they did have to knock him out and they took care of that.

Palm Glen has been taking care of one of my beagles for 17 years and the other beagle for 12 years now. They are fantastic. They have done everything from boarding and vaccinations to dentals and major surgery. Dr. Svoboda takes great care to explain his findings, options, costs and prognosis. Staff is always friendly and helpful. My dog had a torn ACL. Dr. Svoboda explained various options and his recommendation. Within a few weeks my dog was acting like he was 5 years younger. I trust them for everything related to my pets.

They have been great. They have a wonderful groomer and they just always have been courteous and willing to work with me. I see that if they are good enough for the police K-9 dogs that they are really legit and they take care of our animals. My dog is not scared in his little eyes. He is happy. I look to that. The only time I would have to wait is when they have emergencies. Otherwise, they fit me right in.

I think they are really good. I take him to the groomer there also. They don't keep them all day like some groomers do, It's usually about an hour or hour and a half.

They have done a lot of grooming for us in the past. They always do a good job. I have a lot of cats and they always work with me on them. There is leeway. I do want that very much. The office is very clean. The staff is friendly, professional, and gentle. Their price is a little high.

This place also treats cats and birds. I have been using them for 15 years now. I have seen all of the vets at this location and like them all. The place is very clean and everyone acts professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
