They are the easiest guys I've ever worked with. It just takes a phone call and they are here. If there is any problems with my pool equipment he takes care of it. They were reffered to me by brother. He has used them for 4 years and we've used them 2.

"We do not service the Gilbert area nor have we ever built a pool there. We are located in N. Phoenix and service that part of the valley. We have been in business since 2011 And primarily focus on service repair and remodeling not new builds. I believe you have the wrong company with a similar name thank you"

Joe answered the phone when I called and was able to come over later the same day. He took a look at my pool equipment and figured out the problem with my salt system. He got the part and came back and repaired it within a week. It's back to working great again. I really appreciated his responsiveness and he was courteous and professional. Will definitely use Pacific Blue Pools and Spas again!

As is often the case with pool repairs one thing can lead to another and in this case it did. Joe Mule, owner of Pacific Blue Pool Service came out and gave us an appraisal and estimate on acid washing our 13,000 gallon plaster pool. The acid wash went well but when the pool was drained it began to blister and Joe had to call in his patching guy. We knew the sand filter was old and needed replaced so we trusted Joe to advise us on getting it done. He had a challenge getting the plumbing right and even worked over the weekend to get it done. It's now working well and when we need advise or service in the future we'll call Joe.
