Excellent experience with Optum gor a walk in shower upgrade. From Mike in sales, to office staff communications and our installer Doug, entire process was flawless and job done as promised. Doug did an amazing install job leaving the room between days like he was not there and spotlessly clean when done. His craftsmanship is 5 Star worthy. Optum delivered beyond our expectations.

Window installed with warranty. Company changed name [see their blog stating new branding). For years my elderly parents have been trying to get warranty work completed due to window fog between panes. Window cost $4K. They paid an additional $125 just to have problem assessed by a company rep. Promised fix by Christmas 2019. Did not happen. Now they will not take responsibility but only offer excuses. This is an example of scamming seniors. They need to make it right!
