One Step Above replaced our linoleum and carpet flooring in our home. The work was done just in time for our daughters birthday party (I was slow to getting quotes). Mike came out to our home as a referral from our builder. Though taken back by his initial appearance, I was pleased at his knowledge of materials that were in our price range yet still had that custom look. My wife and I are very pleased with the result. The workers did a good job, and cleaned up after themselves. They showed up on time and completed the job in two trips. One for major install and one for cuts and grout. They even suggested a sealer for my grout. As a side note, they let me remove my existing flooring as a way to help with labor costs.
