John was very responsive at scheduling and showing up at first but has since disappeared. Covid played a part for a little while and we were understanding about the circumstances but now there is no excuse. Lack of communication is his go to at this point. John is not on point.

FIVE STARS • TWO THUMBS UP • CONFETTI • CHAMPAGNE After a terrible experience with my (former) landscaper/pest control person, the house caught a bad case of bees. John was accommodating with a limited schedule and was able to identify the problem areas and develop a treatment plan quickly. He didnt even mind our horde of dogs lol. Great experience
