The good news is most of the buffing and sealing on the marble looks good where there was not etching. The bad news is every thing they did to grind the etchings on the marble came back almost immediately. When we called to ask them to come back they said they will look for another product to use. When we heard nothing we called again. After repeated calls they came back and looked at the damage and said they would get back to us. when we did not hear we called and emailed finally someone returned our call. They basically said hard water or or acidic material would cause etching and they were not responsible. They also said they do not warranty their work, which was the first time we heard this. We recieved an email from them saying for $200 more they would come back and redo this.
