NBA-TERMITE & PEST CONTROL NO BUGS ALLOWED

They worked hard, the owner was a really nice nice person. I felt safe working with them.

In 2009 I bought a house with a post-tension slab, which is supposed to keep termites from coming up through the floor into the interior rooms, but someone forgot to tell the termites that! I discovered termite evidence in an upstairs closet. Eddie figured out how they were getting in, and a way to get to the soil to treat around the plumbing areas since you can't drill through a post-tension slab... NO MORE TERMITES in interior rooms! Recently, I enclosed a back patio and shortly thereafter, the termites found it. Eddie came out again and took care of them. He is prompt, professional and cleans up after the job is done. He's a 'termite whisperer extraordinaire', and I highly recommend his company.

They were very fast in their response. There were a couple of bees that didn't get killed. They came back out a few days later at no charge to treat again.

Overall all very good. I know scheduling can be difficult, so I appreciated the phone call when he knew he was going to be late.

ANNUAL OR WHEN NEEDED TERMITE TREATMENT - DOES A GOOD JOB, AS WE HAVE VERY FEW CALLBACKS TO TREAT TERMITE TUNNELS. DOES A FINE JOB IN KEEPING OUR HOME 'BUG FREE'. WE CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM TO COME EVERY FOUR WEEKS & IF WE EVER NEED THEM FOR A SPECIAL NEED, THEY ARE ALWAYS READY TO COME BACK.
