When the trees showed up they were not the trees I choose but smaller trees with dying leaves so the Owner said "if you don't want these trees I can take them with me and you can go pick some out tomorrow morning. I will deduct the cost of your trees from the bill." (This was said to us both and agreed on while standing at the owners truck). That seemed fair, so we agreed and when it came time to pay, I deducted the cost of my trees from the bill as the Owner instructed me to and his nephew threw a child's fit in the driveway. He yelled and threw his arms around, it was so embarrassing! I ended up paying the full amount just to get him to leave. The Owner NEVER did deduct the amount promised from my bill to this day. This was a horrible experience and so surprising because the supervisor seemed so nice until I started having problems then as if a light switch flipped both the owner and supervisor were impatient, rude, and in a hurry to be done whether the job was satisfactory or not. We are still having issues and continue to fix them on our own.
