Carpet Installation
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BEFORE THE INSTALLATION. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM, QUALITY OF THE CARPET AND THE INSTALLATION PROCESS.

THERE WAS SOME MISCOMMUNICATION WITH THE START OF THE PROJECT; HOWEVER, ONCE IT GOT GOING, THE INSTALLER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. JUAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, & VERY ATTENTIVE TO DETAIL. HIS SUPERVISOR CAME WITH HIM THE START OF THE FIRST & SECOND DAY TO HELP WITH THE MOVING OF FURNITURE. DISRUPTION WAS MINIMAL & CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. MY ONLY SUGGESTION FOR IMPROVEMENT WOULD BE TO BE PREPARED ALSO TO PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR EXISTING CARPETING OR OTHER FLOORING SO AS NOT TO DIRTY OR DAMAGE EXISTING FLOORING. THERE WAS NO MAJOR DAMAGE TO MY FLOORING, JUST A LITTLE DIRTYING OF CARPET WHICH I'D JUST HAD INSTALLED BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.
