the proprietor refused to hear that I had done the same as he had done,
but the needle thread still would not pick up from the bobbin.
then he walked off without saying anything.
I had taken my vacuum cleaner to this store two years before
& received the same nasty behavior.

Use this company for many many years in fact probably two decades. They've always done great work, are honest, and competitively priced. They've gone out of their way to show me how things work . They've always done excellent work. I've never had any problems with them. They're very professional. I wouldn't take my machine anywhere else

I was looking for a high performance canister vacuum cleaner within a defined budget. Larry, the business owner, greeted me at the store. He walked me through the features and quality of a variety of machines at various price tiers. When I began to focus on a specific price range, he provided input (pros and cons) to help me compare brands. The whole process was very helpful. Although I had done a lot of reading about brands and features of vacuums prior to the purchase, Larry's input was extremely valuable. I decided on a Royal brand. My choice has turned out great - the machine is high performance and has features that meet all of my cleaning needs. Larry did mention that the bare floor brush may sometimes loosen from the wand on this model and provided a different brush to assure that I would not have a problem. He also advised me on how to use the machine for the first time. The business stands behind there products with a solid return policy. Larry even showed me their repair area, leaving me confident that should I need repairs, their business would be the place to go. I truly appreciated the attention and time Larry provided.

After consulting with the owner, we determined that a repair on our vacuum cleaner did not make economic sense. We purchased a vacuum from Mr. Sew and Vac at a very reasonable price. This is a very fine company. We will return for all our vacuum needs.

I brought it here because I bought a vacuum cleaner from them many years ago and the darn thing still works great. They have the best collection of machines I've ever seen. Only complaint is that they need to advertise more. I think I found this place from word of mouth.

I have purchased 2 vacuum cleaners over the years from Mr. Vac and Sew. They have the best product knowledge , support and prices in the valley. Why would anyone buy their vacuums from a big box store when you can get knowledgable advice and service at the same low price.

It was pretty reasonable and they are very good.

They are good and did some great service for us. They did take a little while to do the repair.
