Mr. Fix It Appliance Repair

Baji Taylor 702-475-6935 never came back to do the repair on my dishwasher and kept my money. $547.00 and he never came back. Avoid any business with him. He cheated me. It has been since December of 2023 and he has given me the run around ever since. It is March 20th 2024 so i have been trying to get my money refunded for over 4 months.

3 weeks and $826 dollars later and still no ice!!! They have charged me for a new ice maker, new arm and new boards for my ice maker. Still doesn't work. Every time I call they charge me more money. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Do not recommend this company, its a scam! I hired this company to fix my dishwasher and was left with ~$500 in bills while having a unit that still did not work. Ended up hiring a different company and they were able to diagnose and fix problem in 10 minutes without replacing expensive electronics. Problems with this company: The technician did limited troubleshooting on circuit breaker and input power to the outlet and recommended replacing the power board. I paid him through Zelle (did not provide a receipt for the work) for diagnostics and the parts and he said that he would return at the same time the next day to complete the repair. He seemed trustworthy and willing to help me since I was just involved in a car accident. He did not show up at the time and had trouble reaching him. When he finally arrived, the new part was installed and dishwasher turned ON for a couple minutes but stopped working when he attempted to push the dishwasher back into place. He could not figure out what was wrong but offered to go back and return the new power board the next day to try to get part of my money back. Again, it took several days to hear anything back after many text messages and phone calls. He finally informed me that was not able to return the power board. I asked for it back (since I already paid for it) and he agreed but then stopped answering any of my calls. I called the company that I hired him through and they said they would call me back, but never heard anything again. Not professional.

I tried many other companyâ s and none of which completed the work without having the same issues if not more once they left. My wife and I assumed we would have to spend more money to purchase new equipment. I was referred to mr. Fix it by a friend and the job was completed fast and with care! They worked around my schedule and showed up promptly with a positive attitude and a high level or professionalism. They saved us time and money. My wife and I were very satisfied with the work that was done!

The lead technician was very knowledgeable and took his time elaborating on everything that needed to be fixed. Answered all of my questions confidently, and left me feeling comfortable in his ability to fix my washer. Highly recommend.

Mr Fix it provided with the best home appliance repair experience I've had since moving to the valley. I will definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend him to my friends and family.
