Mountain View Pest Control - Phoenix

SCAM Company! Quoted me no more than $200 on the phone and then tried to charge my 71 year old mother $350. Dropped it to $250 when she called me and then did not remove the hive!! They had her sign the invoice and for the charge before telling her they didn't remove the hive, just smoked out and stunned the bees. They told her we needed to step on them before them woke up!? They said it would be another $800 at least to remove the tiny honeycomb (1/3 basketball size). "F" rating with the BBB. Their website says they are the officially recommended bee removal service for the City of Phoenix and Phoenix Fire Department and THIS IS A LIE! I called both and they said they didn't know who they were and would contact them to take that information off their site. They also say they are affiliated with the Peoria Chamber of Commerce and THIS IS A LIE. I contacted them and they emailed me back and said they are contacting them to have them remove their name from their website because they do not want to be affiliated with them. I have complained to the BBB, Attorney General, Chamber of Commerce and Channel 12 News. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS! BAIT AND SWITCH ALL THE WAY!

Came and performed a 15 minute spraying and tried to charge me $595. This company just overcharges people who are facing emergencies. Read the Yelp reviews. Never even think of using this company.
