MOE ALLEN AUTO BODY SHOP INC

I've used these guys before.  They've been in business since 1955.  Their experience and workmanship are very professional and well done.  They did a great job.  They are very reliable and they do good work.

They did a great job. They removed the old bumper, replaced it with a new one, prepped and primed the area, made sure the rest of the vehicle was protected and painted the new bumper to match the rest of the vehicle. When I picked up the car I would never have known the bumper had been replaced. It looked like it had always been there. The paint and fit were perfect. They also completely cleaned by car including shampooing the carpets. Juan Carlos kept me informed of the progress along the way and provided great customer services; He was always friendly and professional. 

It was a job that went above and beyond and exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Moe Allen Auto Body.

Very poor quality and shoddy work. They missed the fact the water pump and condenser fan were damaged beyond repair. They only figured out the water pump when coolant was sprayed all over the auto and the shop. This delayed the work almost a week. They have yet to repair the fan and it was I who pointed out it was smashed to bits. The paint is very poor quality and doesn't look as if they color sanded. Some spots it doesn't even look like they sanded at all. There is very little blending so one can see where the new paint starts. I think they mean well and used to the newest models where quality doesn't matter. What is worse is they are a A.A.A. company so was forced to go to them by A.A.A. Insurance.

It was a pleasure meeting Juan Carlos, owner/manager of Moe Allen.  He was very professional, courteous and upfront with the parts and labor needed to perform the repairs.  His team was done with my car ahead of schedule and also as an added bonus, cleaned and vacuumed the inside of my car and washed the exterior.  I would definitely recommend Moe Allen body shop to anyone who needs body work performed on their car.  Juan Carlos and his team were a delight to work with.

lI had a parking lot "fender bender" resulting in bumper dent and scratches and broken tail light. I called Moe Allen Body Shop mostly due to proximity to my house to get some idea what the repairs would cost and what all was involved. The Appraiser was very helpful and professional so I took the car in. He explained a few approaches, associated costs and pros/cons. I received a very reasonable verbal quote which I thought was reasonable. He offered car rental services (which turned out to be very reasonable as well) and promised next day completion. I picked up the car the next day and it looked great. They even cleaned the inside leather interior which my dog had pretty much trashed. (I thought that was remarkable since they were only fixing the bumper!) All for the price he quoted.
Very nice people to work with. Although I am not in a hurry to visit a body shop anytime soon, I believe this company/location exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend them.
