Mitch's Affordable A/C & Heating, Appliance Repair

Marty, the owner, was EXCEPTIONAL in all ways.  First of all, he answered his phone on the Saturday of Christmas weekend.  He then offered me a solution to my problem over the phone and suggested that I try it before paying for a service call.  In addition, he asked me to text him and let him know if the problem was resolved.  That, in and of itself, made me think this guy is trustworthy and professional.
Unfortunately, the problem was not solved that simply.  I called Marty yesterday and scheduled my service call for the same day. Marty was on time and was very professional from start to finish.  Not only did he come prepared with the right parts after having spoken to me on the phone, but he made sure that I understood the price of the parts before he ever got started with the repair. While he was behind my refrigerator, he offered to clean the dust off the fan panel.  I certainly didn't expect that.  Marty repaired my refrigerator in less than 20 minutes, offered me a discount and made sure I understood the terms of my warranty.  In one word Marty was AWESOME!!!  I'd recommend Mitch's (Marty the owner) to anyone for reliable, trustworthy, and effective appliance repair.

Everything went very well. All of my questions were answered, the work was done on time and as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is honest, professional and follows through on what he says. An A/C unit is a huge expense, and you want to make sure that the person doing the work is trustworthy.....well that is Mitch. Make sure that if you are in the market for any work of this type, you have him do the work, you won't regret it.

I've had Mitch's Affordable A/C out to my home a few times for A/C and appliance repair. Marty and his crew got the jobs done - successfully, efficiently and at a fraction of the cost as some of the bigger companies. Marty and his team are dependable, reliable and a pleasure to work with. Incredible, We have used Mitch's A/C for years our units are old and not very efficient. He saves us every time. We know we need new units upstairs and downstairs but he truly has helped us to keep it running until we do- When we are ready he will be replacing our new units for us as well! I would not trust anybody else, why take the chance he has served my family very well. very knowledgeable- did a complete system check found where the leaks are in detail checked each part. The pricing is very fair! I thought it would have been much higher for a licensed A/C Company.
