Everything went exactly as they said it would from the quote by the owner Wes, to the supervision of the project by Ishmael! They showed up on time worked hard and finished when they said they would. Communication was perfect! Everything from the Demo, to the floor install, the baseboard, painting, and finally the clean up. They sent in a professional cleaning team to make your house feel as good as it looked. I have no problem recommending them for any home improvements

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Their License has been suspended with AZ board of contractors not verified or listed on the Better Business Bureau. This company was not vetted well by Angi's list. They were previously named Greta Universal Construction (same owner) and only has 2 stars on YELP. This company has a history of starting projects and not completing them. We contacted them for siding removal and replacement. It has been two months and they siding order has been pending for 2 months in Chicago. Wes Creta and partner John become very unprofessional, confrontational and aggressive when asked for updates. We are blamed for the delay because we requested a "special order" which was never discussed in the beginning. Their services should be removed from this sight. I do not believe they are legitimate contractors. BEWARE. I think for every bad review given they give themselves a positive unverified review. I reported them to the AZ Board of Contractors.

They started out good but have unskilled employees. One of the owners Wes has an uncontrollable temper. If you ask him for specific answers on the project he loses his temper. He will use any and all profanity in his vocabulary. Most if all the profanity will be directed at you. He lost his temper at my house and called me all these names in front of my wife. I asked him to leave. He left using profanity as he walked into my front yard where all the neighbor could hear. when leaving he slammed my door so hard I thought he would break it. He did manage to slam my security door hard enough to bend the locks. Ruined the baseboards when removing. I had to purchase new. Tore the drywall when removing baseboards. the dry wall repair was terrible. The employees are not experienced at anything they did. Turned into the ROC. Do not hire if you want a professional job. Installed the fooling incorrectly and possibly ruin most of it. Will have to purchase new floor most likely.

Wes ended up getting the job done. He completed the job a few days later than expected and charged an extremely high price for the project. I would go a different direction unless you want to pay top dollar

I came in from Michigan and was on a time schedule,I went on line and Wes called me in the morning and my electrical was done that afternoon,the siding was removed and replaced the next dat and by the third the painting was done.Window sill removed and replaced and all debris was removed and cleaned up.The Creta Group did a phenomenal job and will be using them in the future.

We contracted with MGM to have the siding on our home replaced. Wes (Vasily) came and promised to have his crew there the following week. He acted like they had done this type of work a thousand times. When a dumpster showed up the next day, my wife and I got so excited. What followed was a series of delays because Wes couldn't find the right product, which is funny because I found it myself in stock on the Lowe's website. When the siding was finally delivered it was the wrong material and clearly said 'for indoor use only'. I guess we weren't supposed to notice. When Wes finally showed up with a crew, he again had the wrong product. At that point, we kicked them off the property - after they had already started ripping off the existing siding. When we called to terminate the agreement, John (Ioan) stepped in to smooth things over and that didn't go any better. Per the contract we signed, MGM is supposed to return 50% of the deposit. To date, no communication or payment has been received. Stay as far away from MGM Unlimited as possible (aka The Creta Group) unless you want to have the worst experience of your life.

Work went extremely well. Communication was fast through email and phone. Quote to contract was dealt very fast. Would recommend highly.

On Saturday the 18 June one person came and and recoated the roof. Monday 2 workers came started the front of the house. replace the large window with a smaller window replaced most of the siding in the front. Put plastic down in the bed room where the window being replaced is, covered all the furniture due to the sheet rock being tore out due to replacement of window. The workers left the bedroom all covered in plastic and the sheet rock unfinished until June 27. Tues June 21 tru June 25 The workers where all over the house starting work on different parts of the house. The put a new back door in but did not put the trim on until the next day, so we had a 1" gap around the door that was letting in all the hot air from outside so when I got home from work I had to put temporary insulation in the gap. When they replaced the front door the did the same thing, and we put temporary insulation in the gap. When the did the siding they did not replace the siding like was stated. The put a thinner siding on top of the old siding. When they painted the house on Monday 27th June they painted it with the skirting on so the siding under the skirting did not get painted. Parts of the house still need 1 to 2 more coats of paint. We have finishing nails sticking out of the trim around the front door they installed. they never painted the front of rear door. Just factory primer. On July 28 I called Wes from MGM Unlimited and informed him that my roof leaked above the Front and Back door. I sent him pictures that morning of leaks as requested. The night of August 3 it rained and they still have not fixed my roof. Called Wes that morning and told him again about the leak and that next to the back door the siding is buckled and warped. That they need to fix the siding Someone came that day to repair the leaks, they were here less then 30 minutes fixing the 2 leaks. August 8 phoned Wes asked when they were going to fix the siding. Wes asked for pictures which I sent him and he replied with Saturday a worker would be there. Friday the 12th August texted Wes to confirm someone was coming Saturday to Fix the siding. Wes answer [ Or Monday ] Monday 15th August text Wes to confirm they are coming to fix the siding as he stated and told him that the back door roof still leaked No answer, called the Office. Was told by Mike that he would have Wes contact me that day to schedule a time to fix siding. We have not been contacted all day yesterday of today. More of the siding is slowly stating to buckle and warp. If Wes would have replaced the Siding as I stated I wanted and paid for we would not have Buckling and Warping,

The job went excellent for the master bathroom. The crew did a terrific job on moving the shower where the sink used to be and the sink where the shower used to be so I could have an access panel to the hallway bathroom.

The new duct work went incredibly well. It only took a few days for them to redesign and hang new duct work to the rafters since the original duct work had rust,holes even some mold inside.

Wesley and his team did a Fabulous job. He walked me through every step of the process, on plumbing, electrical that had to be ran. The team was out there in 2 days and had it completed in 2 days which included filling in with the cement

M.G.M did a fantastic job. And the price was awesome. They were out the next day and had the job completed in 2 days. That included trenching a 5 foot hole removing and replacing the hole main drain that was about 20 feet in length.

On 5/19/2022 signed a contract to have linoleum installed in our RV. Gave a 50% deposit in the amount of $750. It’s now 7/06/2022 and the work has not been started and I have contacted them on several occasions for the install or my deposit back. Now they will not answer my calls or call me back.

I had the absolute greatest experience with this company! They were knowledgeable, affordable and 100% true to their craft! I will definitely be doing business with them again! Five stars is not enough, Ten Stars!

Fantastic start to finish. They were responsive and respectful. The work is perfect and greatly increased the value of my home. I manage my rental from out of state and the team communicated w me at every step and even kept the renter and her cat happy. 5/5 stars!

M.G.M put new siding on our house as well as new paint. They also installed a new front door and repaired the facia. The painters and carpenters did a fantastic job on the house! The entire crew was very skilled in their trades. I appreciated the small details the workers did on the job. The workers did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. Wes quoted us a great price, and he was helpful throughout the process. I would highly recommend using M.G.M Unlimited Construction.

I was quoted 700 dollars for 3/4 inch or 1200 if 1 1/4 inch He charged 1500 insisted on cash only and refused to give an itemized bill Later i found out why, it was 3/4 inch but he claimed 1 1/4 Was very nasty and demanding to my wife and son when he came to collect his CASH Later i found out from a licensed plumber that it is a max 400-500 job Just STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOK

They supposed to finish remodelling my kitchen but they didn't finished it, I need my kitchen we are having hard time using the tub, me and my wife were very upset. They said they will come back to finish but they didn't showed up. They even gave a whole price instead of giving a break down of the expenses. Already complaint but haven't hear anything yet. I need my kitchen.

Perfect job, on time, and good value

Wes, the owner, came to my house and quoted my a very fair price for the install of approximately 400 sq ft of Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring. I accepted his quote and two days later his crew manager, Ismail, and two installers arrived, on time, and worked through the day installing the flooring. They worked hard, taking no breaks for lunch, and installed the flooring AND installed approximately 100 feet of 4.5 inch baseboards. I cannot say enough about Eduardo and Daniel ( the installers), who ever after a long day, still cleaned up the debris and insured the floors were swept and all was in order. 5 stars for the entire process.

I feel I should get money back since they did not fulfill their commitment and jobs quoted and paid for. date of estimate Feb. 8, 2021 Job started Feb 9, 2021 They did not complete jobs I hired them for. Overpriced and would not come back to fix or finish the work. I am a 65 year old woman with arthritis and had to finish things myself. I could not fix the gate latch on the fence and gate they installed. The latch would not work. Today an electrician I hired for another job fixed it for me. I showed him all the messy or unfinished work and he felt bad for me. I was told they would come on Thursday to tend to my concerns and they didn't show. I called and they said Friday and they didn't show. I called on Saturday to give them one more chance before I write a bad review. I was told someone would come out on Saturday and no one showed up again.

Outstanding from the get go for a complete kitchen remodel and wall demo. Wes was great to work with and his crews showed up early each day plus some work on Saturdays. Estimated time for the amount of work was 3 maybe 4 weeks. The job was completed under 2 weeks! Any issues with the quality of the work all it took was a picture and quick call to Wes. Wes had the crew back usually the same day and the items were completed to my satisfaction. Wes was always available with any questions or concerns that I had and quick to reply with a resolution.

Kitchen remodel

Very proficient. They finished on time and cleaned up after. I would certainly recommend these folks to anyone needing floor tiling.
