MASTER TELEVISION

TV was picked up Monday in the timeframe indicated, and was to be fixed within two weeks. The TV was repaired and returned just four days later (my husband was thrilled!) and has been working great ever since. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism, and was also happy to use a local business. I was also relieved that our TV did NOT have to be replaced right before Christmas. I would highly recommend Master Television. This was my first experience using Angie's List and I felt it was worth the investment.

Overall the experience was great! Bob was courteous and very knowledgeable. I'll call him again if the need arises and I'll recommend him to my friends and family.

Overall I was satisfied with the result. Bob quoted a "set price" of $650.00 to troubleshoot and fix these sets. This bothered me a little, because one of us was going to get a great deal - but he explained that his service policy for these TVs was to completely rebuild the set to insure he resolved the issue. Overall I was satisfied that he did a great job with the set - it took him three weeks of troubleshooting to find and fix the problem.

Great and very honest.

Not only did Bob (owner) pick up the set the day I called, he worked on it over the weekend and returned it to me 4 days later. When I first called about the problem, he quizzed me on whether it would be in my best interests to repair the TV at all, given its age. After we talked through the alternatives, I decided I wanted it fixed. Not only is he competent, he's a really nice guy.

I HAD USED THEIR SERVICES PREVIOUSLY AND SERVICE IS ALWAYS A-1. NEVER A DISAPPOINTMENT.

SEEMED A LITTLE PRICEY TO ME, BUT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. CHARGED AN INITIAL $45 DIAGNOSTIC FEE, BUT APPLIED THAT TO THE TOTAL COST OF REPAIR. TOOK ABOUT 4 DAYS
