Anselmo was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made it easy to understand what he was doing, why he was doing it and to understand what was going on with my unit. I was happy to purchase the package pricing so I can get my unit serviced again in the fall by this company. I will refer Marlin and Anselmo to friends and family in the future for sure.

Work completed in timely manor.

The day after we were handed keys to our new house, our copper plumbing was stolen. It was the the outdoor lines that run water from the street to your house, including the shut off valve and pressure regulator. They came out promptly, the quoted rate after viewing what needed to be done was right in line with the over phone estimate given. Work was performed competently and professionally. We noticed a small dripping (very very slight) a few days later at the shut off valve and they came out the same day I called to tighten things up under warranty.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I called my previous plumber because my hot water heater stopped working and was leaking (the pan worked!) but he was busy for 3 weeks so he referred me to Marlin Services.  I called them up and they had to check with their service people but they were able to get out to my house in about an hour.  Dan came out and fairly quickly determined that the leak was inside on the cold water intake and the tank needed to be replaced.  At that point, I asked him what options I had to get something bigger (it was 50 gallon but my jacuzzi tub can drain it in one go) and he gave me several options and even called a distributor to get exact measurements (the 100 gallon didn't fit through the door to the closet) so I went with the 75 gallon.  He was going to reschedule another appointment and try and get the 75 gallon tank installed the same day but I told him the next day was fine.  He and another guy came out the next day and installed the new 75 gallon tank.  I'm quite happy with everything and I will probably not be going back to my old plumber.  The price seems high to everyone I talk to but it was comparable to my 3 last plumbers so I don't think it was out of line, it's just everyone seems to compare home depot prices to a full plumber's price and they don't really compare.  They did do a fair amount of work with the water lines and had to reconnect the gas line as well as reconnect the exhaust.  2 guys were working on it for about 3 hours.

If we have a major problem they ll come out 24 hours a day. They are incredibly punctual. If they aren t going to make it, they will give you a call. They are very knowledgeable and I feel comfortable having them in my home.

An after-hours plumbing emergency is never fun, but Marlin's on-call plumber responded quickly, carefully assessed the situation, offered a few good options, and then made the requested repairs quickly and effectively. The plumber was very thorough in cleaning the affected area and ensuring no safety hazard from the soldering of new pipe.

This spring's check-up went well, as have all others in the past. Nevertheless, this time the technician, who was otherwise great, accidentally took my attic keys when he left. It took weeks of phone calls to Marlin's office to get them finally mailed back to me. The communication between Marlin's business office and its field technicians needs to be improved so that errors like this can be corrected quickly.

Quality of work was outstanding. The technicians involved worked hard all day on the project, tested everything thoroughly, and cleaned all messes before leaving. My only complaint is that the job started several hours after the scheduled time. The reasons given (truck out of gas, etc.) could be overcome with better fleet management. Marlin always does a professional job, but don't set your clock by them. For best results, schedule work when you can be home the entire day.

I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE RESPONSE, FOLLOW UP AND DEPENDABILITY OF THIS COMPANY THAT I WROTE A LETTER OF THANKS TO THEM. IT'S PRETTY SCARY HAVING THE PROBLEM I HAD ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON! IF I EVER NEED A PLUMBER/HEATING and AIR COMPANY AGAIN, I WILL DEFINITELY CALL MARLIN MECHANICAL!

THE COMPANY SENT A SERVICE TECH OUT ON A FRIDAY NIGHT. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITHOUT HAVING TO RETURN, AND CLEANED UP WATER FROM LEAK BEFORE LEAVING.
