The suitcase was fitted with a new handle at no charge to me other than about $30 in postage fees. I appreciate the owner's honesty in suggesting I check with the manufacturer.

Very good service. I dropped it off about a week ago and they said it would be about 2 weeks, but it only took a little over a week. Looks like new -- cannot tell that it has been repaired.

Everyone is always so nice at Mark's Luggage. I have used them several times for repair and will only go there for my luggage repairs in the future. They are over 20 miles away from where I live but I don't care. They have the best services and the best prices for luggage repair. Plus they take care of everything in a timely manner. I have referred many people to them. A+++

I brought in a carry-on bag that I have had quite a while. I wanted to find out what it would cost to replace a wheel. They checked and determined that it could be covered under warranty. I was very pleasantly surprised. Due to my travel plans, I will have to wait a bit before I can bring it in to actually have the work done.
