It was awesome! Not only was Tom professional and friendly but he got the job done much less than a quote I received of over 500.00 to fix the dryer. Plus my dogs adored him. Would diffently hire again and would highly recommend.

Great! I reached out for a quote on Sunday and Tom was able to schedule me for Tuesday morning. He had a very full schedule that day but worked me in! He was courteous and friendly. He did a quick diagnostic, needed new heating element, and then quickly made the repair. The cost of the service was also reasonable. Highly recommend!

Professional Is goid about dogs in house. Shiwed an hour earler then time given throught text. (I liked he was early) Would have been nice if he texted the he was on he way.

Fast response time. But ended up being expensive. Almost $80 more than what we were told. Total cost of $356 to replace a knob. Over $100 more than the Angie pro quote.

"The cost was $320 not $356 and not a hundred more than anyone was told. A “knob”was not replaced, a control board was. Apparently [Member Name Removed]’s wife who was there didn’t understand a down payment of $70 and then $250 upon completion."

Tom was punctual and timing of his visit was fortunate for me. He gave honest evaluation of dishwasher repair, but he save the day by installing my new washing machine that Lowe's people could not handle.
