Isaac was great. Very professional and worked quickly to discover existing lines and determine the connection points. When the job was completed, the rock was replaced and looked as good as it did before the job started.

I have been using Manning's services for at least 10 years. In 2006, they replaced our problematic front drip system with a PVC-pipe system, and we have not had a problem in the front since. This time, they performed a similar upgrade for the extensive decaying back yard system, in addition to replacing some unreliable valves & related hardware. As always, the Manning crew showed up on time, explained the work to my satisfaction, and did an excellent quality job.

They fixed the one leak in the front yard and I knew it would be a minimum of $80 for that.  I figured it would only be that to fix one leak.  I had a similar leak fixed about a year ago on the opposite side of the driveway that cost me $50 to repair, so when I received the bill for $134.08 I was a bit surprised.  I still need to get several leaks in the back yard fixed and I believe a poly needs to be replaced, but I will look elsewhere for service.  Although they did fix the leak, I thought the price was a bit steep.

I called and made an appointment on Monday for a Friday. Unfortunately I didn't get anyone's name but the person who answered the phone was very very nice and informed me that they ran about four days out. I was told they would show up between 9 AM and noon. A very nice gentleman showed up at my door at 9:30 . I walked him through the issue he quoted me a price around $200 and got straight to work. It took him about an hour and 15 minutes to replace the drip line under the driveway and also to check out a problem I thought I had in the backyard. I was informed my backyard issue is simply because my grass is overgrown and not because of the drip line issue. There was no need to pay for any service back there. The total cost was $153 when all was said and done the service was very professional very prompt and in my opinion excellent. We will definitely be using them again!

They showed up on time, were professional and diligent. They fixed everything that needed fixing. They came in just below the estimated cost.

Good work all around. Punctual arrival. The first call was to replace leaking solenoid valves. While doing this the technician discovered a stuck ball valve on our plumbing system. He came back about a week later to fix the ball valve (not a big issue so no hurry). Another week later one of the solenoid valves was leaking again. The technician came out and replaced it under warranty. Evidently some solder had gotten into the line and got stuck in the solenoid valve.

I still have a leak!

ALWAYS COME AS PROMISED. ONCE IN THEIR COMPUTER, YOU CAN LEAVE A MSG. AND THEY WILL COME BASED ON THAT AND DO THE WORK. OCCASIONAL REPAIR OF LEAK DIDN'T HOLD, BUT THEY DID NOT CHARGE IF HAD TO COME BACK WITHIN 90 DAYS.
