+ -1 moreWorst experience ever. The guy's name is Jamie L Pierangelo. He charged my $625 to change two in ground jet heads and leaking on the pool wall. However he only changed one head which didn't work but still charged me the full price of $625. The leaking he just put some putty on half of the crack since the rest of the crack was deep in the water. I contact him about the leaking not fixed and he always no show up during promised appointment time. I asked him to refund the cost of the head he didn't installed and he was so rude and refused to refund. I'm filling complaint to the County to pursue the unreasonable charges now.
Description of Work: In ground pool jet heads broken and leaking cracks.

+ -1 moreHorrible. I hired them on a friend's (too busy) pool guy's recommendation. We had a very green pool. They shocked and shocked it, and said they "didn't believe in using algaecides." So, my kids and I were unable to swim in the pool for the *entire summer*. In Phoenix!! I hired another company who charged $600 for cleanup and MAKO's mess!
Description of Work: Green pool cleanup plus monthly service.
