Maids of Honor has been in business since 1991 with a field staff of 15 and an full time Operations Manager. Many of our employees have been with us anywhere from 10 -4 yrs which I believe shows our relationship with our staff.

They came and cleaned while i was at work. I was completely comfortable with them in my house while away. When i arrived home, the house was cleaner than the day we moved in.

There were two cleaning ladies both did an excellent job. I didn't have the whole house cleaned, as I wanted to keep the job to under 3 hours. They worked on the priorities as I set them and worked efficiently for the time they were here. I was impressed with the detail of the work, getting corners and cleaning until counters and surfaces seemed to shine. There seemed to be no shortcuts. Very good job. I do feel the price was high, but am likely to use them again.

Maids of Honor is by far the best home cleaning service I have ever used. The ladies at the office work very hard to understand your needs. Best of all, the cleaners are so incredibly thorough. We had absolutely nothing to complain about or correct. Our house was left truly spotless each time. When we ran into some budgeting difficulties, the ladies were able to come to an agreement with us on modifications to the service so that we could continue to afford having them come to the house. I would recommend them to anyone. Wish I could bring them with me to LA.

This company is professionally owned, managed and staffed. We have used Maids of Honor (MOH) for 2.5 years as of this writing. We get their services once per month. Although we were initially hesitant to employ such a company, we soon learned that their performance was exactly as advertised and that their trustworthiness was beyond reproach. They provide a service, but they have become friends as well in doing so. We have never been disappointed, and we would recommend MOH without hesitancy to anyone. The charges are not cheap, but they are fair considering the level of effort. If low price is your only goal, go elsewhere and you'll be taking your chances. If quality and reliability are your goals, go with MOH.

Maids of Honor has been cleaning my house for almost 15 years now and they always do a great job. I notice in some other current reviews complaints pertaining to their management but since I've originally and mostly dealt with Cathy Sandberg, the owner, I haven't had any of the issues that were raised. The cleaning is always thorough, I asked for a call before the weekend before they are coming to clean to remind me and they are very reliable about calling and about their schedule for my house! The rotation of the "deep cleaning room" works really well and makes their rates affordable as well as keeping my house clean and looking cleaner than the frequency of cleaning would suggest!

Stop! Look no further for a cleaning service! This review is from an anal, detail-oriented, OCD home owner-- AS USUAL Maids Of Honor is simply the best! I have used MOH for 25 years, both on a regular basis (when kids were young and living at home) and on an occasional basis; most recently upon returning to Phoenix after a summer away. After driving 20 hours, the very last thing I wanted was to walk into a stuffy house that needed cleaning and sheets that needed changing. Not only was our home spotless from ceiling fans to baseboards (and smelling fresh to boot!), but the team went above and beyond and readied the patio!-- Swept and hosed the flagstone, washed the sliding window, polished the wood furniture, cleaned the glass-topped table and replaced the cushions on the metal frames (they were in the garage), etc... I ended my l o n g day with nothing out of place in a picture perfect home and slipped between clean, cool sheets! Maids of Honor is my hero!

They do a very thorough job of cleaning my home. My wife never has to deal with house cleaning and this relives a great deal of stress from her since she is a perfectionist.

They've been doing it for several years and they do a good job. But they're raising their prices and I am only going to have them over one more time. They do great work, but I only have partial cleaning done and it just sounds too expensive for me. What stands out is their quality, specifically the laminate floor -- they do a much better job than I ever can. They come sometime in the afternoon. Every once in a while they have been late, but usually they come around one or two.

It was just fine. The way their program is set up is that we have done is they have a predetermined number things that they are going to do and they deep clean or spring clean one room or area. They use their own products and their own vacuum and there have been probably one or two occasions when somebody calls in sick or something, then one comes alone. They usually always have a pair and one of them is designated as the lead and then their chores are broken down to who is going to do let's say the kitchen and then the floor surfaces and we always have them change the linen in the master bedroom and then they set about to do that. I'm very pleased with them. Of course I would like they we could always have the same ones, we do have some that have come repeatedly and I like that best. The owner has come to do training when they have hired a new person here so the owner has been here at least once to oversee how they are doing and make corrections in what she sees. They always call a day or two before to make sure we'll be here. I have had occasions where we've had unexpected company coming in and I wanted to change the date or have to cancel or change they have been very pleasant about doing that.

Our experience with Maids of Honor has been hot and cold and we started using them on the recommendation of Angies list. In the beginning they were brilliant but now they are not as good. I have a large house and they complete it within one and a half hour.
In the beginning they would send 3 people but now they send 2 people. the cleaning crew kept changing so I hardly ever had the same people coming over to clean.
I am going to look for somebody new for cleaning services.
They were last here in March and the approximate cost was $160.00 and during that visit they were 3 people who completed the job in 2 hours.
The services they provide are mopping, sweeping, cleaning Inside and outside.
Sometimes the staff who come in don't do the work they have come to do but start talking and complaining about their personal issues and that is totally wrong.
I will not use the services of Maids of Honor in the future.

I know we have been cleaning your home for quite sometime and you even have went out of town for the summer and called back 2 seasons since starting in 2011. I know that we have changed your cleaners but we did the best we could to send someone who had been there before so you could have some consistency. As far as the team sharing their personal issues is unacceptable for us too. I think that is so unprofessional and I will discuss this at our next meeting again. The time spent in your home however is consistent to the price you are paying if the team of 3 was there 2 hours, in fact they were there longer than expected. Bottom line is the quality of the service was poor and I apologize for that. If you would reconsider trying us again when you return to AZ we will work harder to assure you 100% satisfaction.
