We used MaidPro for a couple of years.  At first, they did a nice job and were responsive, but lately they have been horrible. 

We met with one of the owners before they started to clean our house and specifically requested that nobody wear jewelry while cleaning our house.  We have a lot of glass, granite and stainless steel, all of which scratch easily, and are costly to repair/replace.  They assured us that their cleaners do not wear jewelry when cleaning.  One of their cleaners wore a diamond engagement ring while cleaning our kitchen, and scratched a stainless steel backsplash.  If we are able to replace the backsplash (and we may not be able to), it will be very expensive to do so. 

They also hit a new, custom made desk with the vacuum cleaner and chipped of the corner.  They claim that they are insured, but when I submitted a claim for this damage, they said (without even looking at the damage) that they could not have done it.  (PS:  I am a working attorney with two small children, and have better things to do with my time than chase after a company to fix damage they did not cause.  I submitted the claim as a matter of principal.)

We do not complain about the ordinary wear and tear from cleaning - marks on the walls, damage to the doors when they bang in to them, and so forth - but felt that the two instances above arose from complete carelessness and disregard for our requests.

On multiple occasions, they provided services we specifically asked them not to provide and sought to charge us for these services.  We also requested a regular "team" and for many months had different people week showing up each week (even immediately after I called to complain about this and was told that it would not happen anymore). 

The representatives we have spoken with recently have been rude, antagonistic, condescending and unhelpful. So, I'm on Angie's List looking for a better cleaning service and decided I would put this information out there to hopefully benefit others like me.

Maidpro is very responsive to our needs. They are timely, we get the same person cleaning the house on each visit and she is fantastic!

I am very happy with them and they are absolutely incredible. My husband and I are very happy with them.

I have had people doing my housework for almost 45 years and I have never had my house cleaned this well!! I was blown away! Now they are coming on a monthly basis.

The housecleaning was excellent, Appliances sparkled and all the various knic-knacs were all dusted and clean. My bathrooms were spotless tile on the floors included as was the kitchen. They were quiet and worked steady for the estimated 4.5 hours. I have written the company with my feelings of a job very well done. All the appliances were shiny and the built in stove top hasn't been that clean for quite awhile. I felt  good that the whole house was so spotless.

I contacted the service and talked to the owner.  He was polite and helpful and his crew showed up when I was told they would be there.  They did a great job.

Excellent work every time the come out. No breakage and careful cleaning of delicate items.

They were excellent. They arrived on time and stayed longer. They did a good job. They make things neat and do not try to charge for extra things.

I like that they do what they say they are going to do. The house is always clean when they leave.

I did not pay for the service and so, I don't know their price. I would like to grade them highly in all the categories and I would be using them again in the future.

They cleaned the house, as we were moving in. They charged us, about $250 for a 3000sqft. They did a good job, in spite of missing out a few things. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

They do a really good job. Whether I am here or not, if I want something special done, I will let them know and they will take care of it for me.

There were two ladies who work for two hours. They are excellent because they have a window and have always been here on time. They come in and get right to work. They have a book where they mark down your special instructions. They are dependable and consistent. They try to send the same people out and you can tell they have all been trained the same way.
