Maid Brigade is a national-renowned residential cleaning company. Our Phoenix office is locally owned and operated and has served the Valley for over 20 years! We utilize a cleaning system that uses products and equipment that are safe for you, your family, your pets and the environment. We offer regular, ongoing cleaning services as well as one-time services including move-ins and move-outs. Our cleaners are e-verified (required for ALL employers in Arizona), background-checked, bonded and insured for your protection. We pay all employment taxes and workers compensation insurance for our employees. The teams drive company-owned vehicles and arrive at your home or office in uniform, with all necessary supplies, ready to work! We were the first cleaning company to "go green" and we use several products created using only electrolyzed water. We serve the greater Phoenix area including Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Carefree, Anthem, Fountain Hills, Glendale, Peoria, and Surprise.

We fully cooperated with the Glendale Police Department's thorough investigation of your report. It is our understanding that the Police recently closed the case and were unable to determine any wrong-doing on the part of Maid Brigade. If there is any new information in this case, we will immediately reach out to the police. We have family in law enforcement and fully cooperate with police in any investigations. Unlike many other cleaning companies, we also conduct criminal background checks on all new hires, including e-verify which is required by law. We apologize if there was damage to your refrigerator. We reviewed recent call recordings, voicemails, notes, and emails associated with your account to see if there was any mention of the damage. "Hi [Member Name Removed], Thank you for the feedback. Our insurance limits our maids to climbing no farther than the 2nd step on their step stools. We've adapted by utilizing extenders on our dusters but we will do what is safe and in the long term this protects the maids, the business and the customer. We appreciate your frustration and continue to do our best to deliver a thorough cleaning. Most of the time this doesn't limit us from completely cleaning a home but sometimes particular homes have higher ceilings or cabinets that require a different kind of care. We apologize about the miscommunication concerning the maids. We will always send at least two maids for safety reasons but staffing issues may cause some teams to occasionally carry three maids. We always price our initial cleanings at an hourly rate/per maid and regular pricing is guaranteed whether we send two maids or three. Thank you again for the feedback!"

They were really good, but I was trying to get in touch with the owner to schedule a regular service, but they never called me. No customer service to check up on how the girls did. They cleaned the house efficient and I really liked it. Because I asked them to schedule on the weekend because that is the only day I could be here, they charged me a little bit more than what the offer said. I said ok I am willing to compromise.
They were a little late, but they called me and let me know they were gonna be late. They told me they were gonna be an hour late and they arrived a little less than 10 minutes.
This was a $129 big deal purchase for four hours of housecleaning. It wasn't the greatest. We had problems once they showed. The workers were working really slow and then I was overcharged once they did the final billing. I was charged too much for the services that was posted. When the workers were there my nanny was there and she said the were terrible. They did not show on time so I called and then the supervisor made it out there to do work. I agreed to pay a little more, but then when they did the final billing it was way more than they said they were. I had to call to get that straightened out.
