LUND IS A GREAT DEALERSHIP THAT CATERS TO PURCHASERS OF CADILLACS, HUMMERS AND SAABS. THEY A TRULY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THOUGH THEIR PRICES MAY BE A LITTLE HIGH. THEY ARE PROVIDING HIGH END SERVICE TO HIGH END CUSTOMERS. THEY GET THE WORK DONE RIGHT AND KEEP IN CONTACT WITH YOU ABOUT THE PROGRESS OF THE WORK. THEY ALSO HAVE SOME GREAT FOOD IN THEIR SERVICE LOUNGE.

LUND CADILLAC HAS WONDERFUL SERVICE BECAUSE OF THEIR MANAGER, VERN FOUTZ. THEY CHECK EVERYTHING OUT ON A VEHICLE EVERYTIME ONE BRINGS IT IN. THE PRICE IS REASONABLE AND, IF ONE HAS A DISAGREEMENT WITH THE ESTIMATES, VERN WILL TAKE CARE OF IT AND EITHER EXPLAIN CLEARLY WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, OR FIX IT AT A REASONABLE COST. LUND CADILLAC ALWAYS FOLLOWS UP TO ENSURE YOU ARE A SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I THINK CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS A GOAL FOR THEM. I HAVE BOUGHT TWO CARS FROM HIM AND AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE FOLLOW-UP SERVICE.
